I'm very excited for this. Can't wait for Fighterz to drop on Switch!

I'm excited for this Direct, but I'm also a huge Smash fan. My excitement doesn't excuse Nintendo's poor decision to run another Direct exclusively focused on Smash, though.

The game's menu still glitches on start, and the DLC has audio issues. Sound effects aren't playing. Beneath this game's poor execution is a good game, though you may want to wait until they polish it up.

I'm a huge Capcom fan and would like to see them support the platform more. Disney Afternoon Collection has no reason to not be on Switch, for example. I'd also like to see some effort made in porting games like SF V and MH World. If Capcom was willing to put SF IV on the 3DS, why can't they show the same support for the Switch?

Looks like the datamine I posted in the XB2 thread was accurate. Her design isn't my favorite, but a fire healer is interesting enough. I remember being impressed with her passives, too.

Better late than never! I'm happy I held off on the PC version. My first and only experience will be on the Switch! September can't come soon enough.

By the way, maybe consider covering Xenoverse 2's DLC, too. It's also a Switch game and deserves attention. Surely there's enough writing power at NL as Fortnite's every breath is covered vociferously.

I'd be lying if I said I didn't share the grievances mentioned here. Regardless, I still bought the cart. This'll be my first run with X8. Although X7 was hilariously bad, I can't wait to revisit it. I'll be playing when my shipment arrives tomorrow!

I've been wanting to give Cyber Sleuth a try for years now. I hope this is a step toward that.

Gameplay looks kind of janky, but the cheesy gore and shameless fan service got my attention.

PR jargon at its finest. If Nintendo is truly committed to instilling consumer confidence, maybe they should hold a Direct finally detailing their first paid online service launching in a couple months. Splice in some game coverage, and their lackluster E3 showing is immediately mitigated for most people.

I always viewed this game as the multi-platform version of Destiny. It's not for me, but it's great for the Switch!

I hope WarioWare finds its way to Switch soon.

What kind of budget is this movie working with? I didn't expect A-listers getting signed on. I was sure this movie was going to be hot garbage, but perhaps I was wrong to judge it so prematurely.

It's hard for me to differentiate between how much of the Waluigi crowd is genuine and how many are simply doing it for the memes. Maybe the recent fiasco of threats and ****posts made me skeptical.

Waluigi's a fine character, but there are so many more deserving ones. Personally, I'd take Bomberman or Knuckles over Waluigi any day of the week.

Loving how much support this game gets. I'm probably one of the few people on the planet who enjoy Bomberman R, though. I will agree its price is completely unmerited and likely turns off potential buyers. The game is fun, but no one plays it. One look at online play will tell you that much.

Even though the Butoden games were pretty bad, I was crossing my fingers for this. This'll be a fun throwback!

Most of those DBZ Super Famicom games were terrible, but Super Butouden should be a fun throwback if it makes it overseas.

F-Zero GX is still the greatest racing game I've played. It's a shame Nintendo won't support the series.

This being the only Star Fox reveal is pretty disappointing.

This is a huge and questionable omission. Smash, Fire Emblem, and that mech game have me going crazy, though the presentation as a whole was a little lackluster.

Star Fox's cameo here will likely wind up being better than the entirety of the train wreck that was Star Fox Zero. Many draw that same comparison using the Arwing sequence from Bayonetta 2.

I really hope there's at least some truth to the Star Fox rumors. Star Fox needs a new game that'll completely wipe away the colossal disappointment Star Fox Zero left. The franchise deserves so much better.

@BensonUii Nobody likes a sycophant, dude. The only games (and you sully the word) Bethesda announced for Switch are mobile ports. While there was a hint of sarcasm to my comment, the Switch might as well be a phone if it's essentially receiving mobile apps and nothing else.

@Highlar I just finished watching their event. It was hilarious! I do hope they change their mind about not bringing Metal Wolf Chaos to the Switch. That was a huge surprise, anyway! If nothing else, I'm getting the PC version.
