First up, it was a big week for 'Switch 2' rumours, with not one, but two making the rounds. The first was that the console...
Talking Point Would You Want Quality And Performance Options For Nintendo's 'Switch 2' Games?
Smooth operator
Since the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One launched in 2013, gamers have increasingly been given the option to tweak their experiences based on whether they prefer higher image quality or smoother performance. Not all developers offer this, but now that we're more than three-and-a-half years into the lifespan of the PlayStation 5 and Xbox...

Back Page Why Don't Nintendo Games Get Gritty TV Shows? Here Are Some Pitches
Answering the question, "what if Kirby had an eye patch"
In the magazine business, the Back Page is where you'd find all the weird goofs that we couldn't fit in anywhere else. Some may call it "filler"; we prefer "a whole page to make terrible jokes that are tangentially related to the content of the mag". We don't have (paper) pages on the...
About The Game
Calling all Superstars! Mario Party™ is back with 5 classic boards from the Nintendo 64 Mario Party games. Frosting meets flowers as you race to get the most stars (and sabotage your opponents) on the Peach’s Birthday Cake board from the original Mario Party game. Or watch the countdown that unleashes Bowser Coin Beam and hold onto those coins on the Space Land board. The tides can turn quickly in Mario Party, so stay vigilant, partygoers. This and all other modes can be played online**, too!
100 classic minigames return from the Nintendo 64 and Nintendo GameCube™ games and more!
Try your hand at a Superstar collection of minigames from throughout the Mario Party series. Whether you are saving up coins for stars in board game mode or practicing in free play, there is nothing quite like being the last one standing in Mushroom Mix-Up or Shy Guy Says. All minigames are played with button controls, so you can stick to the Joy-Con™ controller or bust out the Nintendo Switch™ Pro Controller or a Nintendo Switch Lite system.
Party with superstars near or far
Bring the party anytime, anywhere with same-system***, local wireless***, or online** play. Matches with friends in board game mode save each turn, so feel free to take a break and pick up where you left off. Use stickers to praise or pester fellow players as you race across the board collecting stars. All modes support online multiplayer, so you can hop in with friends for a few minigames or a marathon 30-turn match. Victory is just as sweet (and stealing stars is just as satisfying) from anywhere across the globe.

My friends and I were saying a game like this was needed. Best announcement of E3! Pro controller option makes it even better.
Don't worry guys, stars cost 20 coins again.
A return of the Mario Party games from the N64 era would give me a nostalgic feeling into the game and would give me excitement from the classic mini games from previous Mario Party games from the series.
Cool, but only having 5 boards when nothing else will be present is disappointing imo.
A rerelease that only has 5 boards seems stupid. Why would I want this?
leak on the web.
A amazing Mario party game for the switch I prefer this instead of super Mario party tbh must have
