@Croctopus yeah, I was planning on ordering it on release, but there's absolutely 0 chance that it delivers to where I live within a week. I might end up taking a road-trip to Montreal or just a more populated area to get these amiibo. I want the gear sooooo badly, but i guess it's not that big of a deal if I'm unable to get it in the end.

I must say, having yet another cosplay unlock for OtH is very disappointing, and even more so since SS one again gives Agent great.

Callie's amiibo gear seems baffling to me. Are they from Splatoon 1?? What even is that glowing scarf donut? Tattered top? And the earring?

@WoomyNNYes It is actually Neo Agent 3's "broken" gear. By beating RotM, you unlock Neo 3's Hero gear, so now, rather than getting the Armored variant like the old Callie and Marie amiibo did, respectively, we get the Broken variant! It's actually really cool!

@CaleBoi25 Are we both talking about the same gear? This is what I'm talking about. Is this the broken gear? Is it from Splatoon 1? I didn't have Splatoon 1, and don't recognize it.

It's the Splatoon 3 story mode gear. The scarf explodes there if you fail/break a rule.

OK, I just realized something. I wonder if we're gonna be getting the Sheldon's Picks weapons in this game before Grand Festival starts? I've always noticed that the N-Zap '83 still hasn't appeared in Splatoon 3 as of this post. Maybe they'll even make an S-Blast '90 that pays homage to the Super Famicom, I'd actually like to see how it would look and what its weapon setup would be like.

Just a side note, the scarf doesn't explode. Instead, ORCA douses you with an inkshower. The exploding backpack was in OE however. So maybe that5what you were thinking of, @Budda ?
