I loved your review, Link.
@CB To clarify: Scribblenauts impressions.

Thanks, Odnetnin glad you liked it. Remember we always take review requests!

@ Chicken, Did you like the review?

Wii would like to review! :P

Quickie impressions:

-The core mechanic is great and well-implemented, one of the coolest ideas in gaming
-Constantly surprised by what words work
-Controls are fairly crap, but that can be alleviated if you play slowly and make calculated movements

Yeah Link, it was great. I clicked your link in this thread thinking, "Ooh, good, Link did Scribblenauts..." and then realized, quickly, that I had already watched your vid when you first uploaded it. I've got a terrible memory...

It was a great review though and watched some of it a second time. I really enjoy your vids; keep up the great work.

Cool, were trying to plan wiicast for next year. We could use you in a future episode. so hows your hand??

That sounds like fun. Let me know what you need (shoot me a message on youtube, account "doctorkickles," so that we don't gum up this thread any further) and I'll see what I can do.

The hand is much better, thank you for asking. I may have to go in again for some more surgery, but we'll see. As of now it looks and feels as good as new, so I'll enjoy that while I can.

Is Scribblenauts really a 9 out of 10? If so, I am def getting it! I was waiting for all the hype to die down (like with other games, etc) What do u guys think about this one? Replay value??

Well like I said earlier, for fun it gets a 10, but for controls it get's a 6. The whole package is probably worth an 8.8 overall. There is a TON of replay value (there's something like 200 levels, most of them very challenging) and the game is craploads of fun. But the control issues hold it back from being the masterpiece it could've been.

Listen to this guy, B. I can't believe I literally agree with every single thing he says about Scribblenauts.

Hey I don't know if this violates any rules here (if it does just ignore it) but I actually wrote a user review of Scribblenauts down at Gamespot (my username there is Blankshore. There was already a Kid A) that you can read here http://www.gamespot.com/ds/puzzle/scribblenauts/player_review...

Just finished the review, now it's sitting pretty in slot waiting for someone to read it over.

Oh, the suspense!

Great review Jon. I updated the banner on the game page and we'll get it proofed soon.

Plain old gamer :)

Can't say I agreed with your score, but the review was very well done.

@ryanknight717

It IS a must have game! You have to put up with some control quirks but if the game interests you I highly suggest checking it out.

Yeah, don't let a score deter you from a game you're interested in, especially if that happens to be a 7, which is still a good score.

Can you just add a star because the ladies love it?

Surely the score deserves a boost because it could help you..........score.
