The Dark Eye dilogy is so good. I might just buy it on Switch to experience it all again. I never liked Deponia so for me it's the pinnacle of Daedalic point&click adventures.
Sword of the Necromancer miiiiight do it too. Don't know yet. I've come to hating roguelikes as a whole class lately...
And oh, Heaven's Vault! My personal 2019 GOTY. Not going to rebuy it since I have already completed everything on PC.

NB: this is my experience from 2015. YMMV, especially so because with a few years of development the game might have changed considerably.

Skyforge was (still is?) a pretty decent game albeit it gets very heavy on grind in the later stages (or used to be as such a few years back when it just released). I dumped quite a few hours in without spending a dime.
What turned me off completely was a system where you had to spend craptons of cash or grind 24/7 to achieve any meaningful progress with a certain aspect of progression (or so I remember). It did not lock you out of content but hampered this aspect quite severely.

Gameplay used to be quite good at the time, both solo and party dungeons. Class and build variety were great but unlocking 'later' classes came at a cost where you had literally no materials left to power them up and had to jump on a treadmill of resource grinding. Or just swipe your card to get a 'starter pack' with those classes unlocked.
