Also, that Larian’s new game trailer - divinity, have to say it somewhere, it actually almost made me vomit. Pretty disgusting trailer, made me turn away from that game. Am I the only one?

@TimelessJubilee Not yet, but in my opinion it is better than Mario Kart 8 was on release back on the Wii U. They'll be working on World for the next years to come, I think with a few DLC also down the line.

@switchvogel Since the switch 1 version has everything on the cartridge, and there’s no upgrade path, could you elaborate a bit more on the differences between switch 1 and 2 versions, please? I understood that next to graphics, also less buildings are allowed in the village section on the switch 1 version, does any of those missing or changed gameplay elements matter much in the long run?

I mean, come on, it’s a miracle Aspyr got this game running on switch 1. But there’s no article on that. Who knows how long Aspyr had switch 2 dev kits. They probably delayed the release a bit so that they could release a slightly buffed up switch 2 version with the switch 1 version.

Can one do more? Always. But criticism is so easy from the sideline.

Well now, lets just hope Aspyr takes all this criticism not as a bummer, but as a motivation to improve the switch 2 version.

These reports feel to me a bit like the epiphany of that comic where somebody’s shouting: ‘QUIT HAVING FUN!’

Still though, I’d like Aspyr to upgrade the game to a switch 2 game. Good df shows the difference. But still, the reports are a bit of a mood killer.

Of most game series, the best outing was in that age of gaming. Systems had a lot of possibility, but the focus was still mainly on gameplay, not on pixel perfect 4k raytracing fps stuff. Or microtransaction dlc passes stuff.

@DashKappei i think 99.5% or more of the games work better on switch 2 than on the original switch. Which is a massive feat for how different the architecture is
