Dragon Ball Z: Kakator!
Anyone know why we don't have any D2 reviews yet? I want to buy it super bad but I need to know how the console/controller version is first.
I see in the title "Dragon Ball Z: Kakator". Is that some kind of joke or just a typo?
Anyways, getting that game, as a DB Fan.
I'm excited for Kakarot. Not sold that a game of that age should be $50 though
Definitely picking up Diablo 2. I was a bit disappointed to learn its digital only though, one of those games I would want a physical copy of.
Likely picking up Steel Assault and Unmetal when they come out as well.
I bought Tails of Iron last week. Next game I'm buying is Metroid Dread.
Got both preordered so I’m getting both Centipede Recharged (digital) & DBZ Kakarot (physical).
List looks longer than normal this week - I am sure there will be 10s of copies at best sold for some of these
I expect a ton of new sales today, around the Direct, I'll waiting for those to chip away at my Wishlist. None of these new games for me.
I’m pre-ordered Diablo II: Resurrected on Nintendo Switch, can’t wait!!!
Definitely interested in checking/getting Centipede. If I didn't already own it physically on switch is be all over g darius
I'll probably be getting Centipede since the original is one of my all-time favorites. Beast Breaker also sounds fun. I'm also interested in G-Darius HD, but I might just buy that physical further down the road. I just bought Darius Cozmic Collection. Depending how well I get on with it, an order of Cozmic Revelation might be next.
EDIT - now that I'm looking into it, there will be a stamdalone physical release of G-Darius HD coming out next month. It will be mine.
I'll wait for the eventual future Namco sale on Kakarot, those two Metal Slug NGPC titles are nice though if you bought the NeoGeo Pocket Color collection volume 1 last year you may already had both games anyways. Only get those if you don't like any of the extra games on the collection.
G Darius is a pro-pickup, but I'm hoping we'll get a cool thing or three shadow dropped from today's Direct.
I'll wait until after the Direct to decide juuuust in case there's one or two surprise drops I would have rather held out for, but I'm interested in Beast Breaker. I believe it's also on sale still.
Whew! Escaped another week of unnecessary spending. Nothing for me
I had no idea that D2 was out now until just a few minutes ago...so I immediately logged into the Eshop, plopped down a purchase, and am eagerly awaiting its download to finish now! As for the rest, maybe Kakarot, but I'll have to see what happens during the Direct in a couple of hours to decide if I get anything else. I cannot get enough of dungeon crawlers on Switch!
WOW!! Anybody notice that Pac-Man and Xevious dropped today from Hamster??? I guess they did a deal with Namco??? That’s awesome cause we all know Namco has a truck ton of classics!!! LOVE YOU HAMSTER BOYS!!!!! ❤️❤️😁😜
@joey302 I noticed that too and thought, "that's great, but surely the arcade and/or NES versions are already available in the Namco Museum collections a lot of people interested have probably already downloaded?"
Just hope Namco doesn't pull another Wii VC Arcade and give the west one initial batch of games and then give them the slip.
Buying Diablo II for sure. diablo II is a great game and this looks like a great remaster of Diablo II. I love me some Diablo II, which is out today on Switch.
@KingMike that’s true yes although I don’t remember seeing Xevious in there - arcade Xevious anyway but I’ll have another look. But either way this is a great way for hamster to beef up its lineup even more and as I said there’s plenty of Namco classics not available on switch yet 😊
@joey302 @KingMike
The NES version of Xevious is in the Namco Museum Archives Vol. 1. I'm pretty sure the new Arcade Archives Xevious is the only way to play the coin-op version on Switch.
The coin-op version of Pac-Man, also new on Arcade Archives is already available in Namco Museum or Namco Museum Arcade Pac
