Review Carrion (Switch) - A Shockingly Violent Metroidvania Where You're The End Boss
Carrion screaming
We haven't played a lot of games that made us feel like a monster. A real predator. The measured and ultimately law-abiding stealth of the Batman: Arkham series had its power-fantasy moments, but nothing that made us sit back and think for a minute about what we've done. Enter Carrion. Taking control of an amorphous,...

News Carrion's Controversial Nintendo Switch Menu Icon Has Been Changed
Gone and perhaps best forgotten
Towards the end of last month, Devolver Digital released Carrion on Nintendo Switch, a reverse horror game where you play as the final boss. Does anyone know if this is any good? I’m seeing some positive remarks on social media about it but yet to see any reviews. Are NL reviewing this one at all?
@jarvismp I just finished it this morning (took me 6-8 hours). I loved it! Pros : the art direction, the atmosphere, playing the villain, the evolving abilities, puzzles. Cons : a bit short (8 hours?), fights are a bit tedious but nothing too troublesome. Reasonable price. 8/10 for me
Brilliant game & certainly one that I would suggest. Crazy that they don't have a review up for this IMO gem of a game yet they can be quite quick to put up articles about some dev shooting people down for some totally overblown accounts of port begging; or maybe even bringing up other systems or more unrelated s#!t that nobody is asking them for or about.
