Review Mega Man X2 (New 3DS / SNES)
Extra X
Thanks to 16-bit visual loveliness and some new moves, the first Mega Man X stood out from the many 8-bit Mega Man games that had popped up on the NES and Game Boy. Released the following year, this sequel may lack the freshness of that first title, but Mega Man X2 still provides the expected action-platforming fun, backed by some great...
Review Mega Man X2 (Wii U eShop / SNES)
A mega effort
Capcom has really been on the ball with the Wii U Virtual Console — in just about one year, it has managed to release every single Mega Man game that saw the light of day on the Wii Virtual Console — and more — with Mega Man X2 being the latest release. Much like the original Mega Man series before it, the X series doesn't seem...
Review Mega Man X2 (Wii Virtual Console / Super Nintendo)
Still mega
When Capcom created Mega Man X, it had clearly done something right. Many fans loved finally getting a refreshing take on the series, rather than what was essentially the same thing over and over, and it became quite popular. While the Classic Mega Man series went on a break for a few years, Capcom churned out a few more X games,...

Hi Folks - welcome back to another edition of Box Art Brawl! In last week's battle, we took a look at The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess for the GameCube, pitting North America and Europe against Japan. It wasn't a close one, either: North America and Europe absolutely smashed it, bringing in 86% of the vote at the time of writing...

Nintendo Download 2nd January (North America)
It's déjà vu, plus some additional treats
This week's Nintendo Download update for North America is in, though it prompts a distinct feeling of déjà vu due to it being almost identical to last week's update; just two new downloads make an appearance. Our suspicion is that the details are reiterated to compensate for any confusion or loss of...

News Capcom Issues Update On Game Boy Mega Man Titles Heading To 3DS Virtual Console
They're on the way, Mega Man X2 could also be possible
Capcom is celebrating a lot this year, with the company itself reaching its 30th anniversary and Mega Man hitting his 25th birthday. While the Blue Bomber hasn't had a new game to celebrate the occasion, he is to be a playable character in the upcoming Super Smash Bros. on Wii U and 3DS and...

Mega Man is 25 this year, and Capcom is wasting no time in pumping out as many of his classic adventures as possible onto Nintendo's Virtual Console services. Next week — October 9th, to be exact — will see the release of Mega Man III on the 3DS eShop and Mega Man X2 on the Wii U eShop...
Feature The Confusing World of Mega Man Spin-Offs - Part 1
Stay with us
We've already talked about the ten numbered console games in the Classic Mega Man series, but as you are no doubt aware that barely scratches the surface when it comes to Capcom's classic franchise. We could spend several weeks spotlighting all of the titles released across all platforms — and, believe us, we'd love to — but we...

Mad dogs, spider-men, mega men and more

About The Game
Just when Mega Man X thought he had brought down all the X-Hunters, several months later an uprising moves from within an abandoned factory.
While 8 all-new X-hunters occupy Mega Man X, a triple threat plots to resurrect a weapon that is all too familiar!
The good Dr. Light supplies Mega Man X with incredible new abilities hidden in capsules buried deep below the surface. And with new vehicles like the mobile attack cycle plus powers he gains from the X-Hunters, Mega Man X will be ready to face his destiny as a Maverick Hunter. Now it's all or Zero for Mega Man X!
- Enhanced realism and 3-D effects with the new CAPCOM C4 graphics chip!
- Search for the hidden capsules for added powers to complement the weapons acquired from each of the 8 wild X-Hunters
- Additional 13 X-Hunter battles after destroying original 8 X-Hunters

Hehehehe!!! Right!!! Keep on with X's Games!!
Awesome I cant wait for this My Favorite Mega Man X Game
Getting this as soon as possible. Just added points in anticipation!
I HOPE MEGAMAN X3 WILL BE RELEASED AS WELL. I WOULD LIKE TO OWN THE WHOLE SERIES.
I really want to buy the SNES cartridge instead, but holy crap it's expensive.
@ Nintendolife: Do you already know when the review will be online?
Back then we had rented this game from blockbuster. ( I miss that place ). We never got up to the end of that game. Sigma would break out his claws, and such. Same thing with MMX3. Sigma and his Captain American Shield along with his giant ray blaster. Those were some fun times trying to finish the game fast as possible before returning it.
MMX2 is probably the best game in series for various reasons. Also between this game and MMX3 are actually collectable regardless of what region they are from.
Getting the game for Wii-points is pointless I mean todays kids have no concept of ownership. Same with DKC2. Just sad.
