GAMEPAD POWERS ON FOR A FEW SECONDS THEN SHUTS OFF THEN TURNS ON AGAIN FLICKERS THEN SHUTS OFF AGAIN. DID STAY ON A FEW TIMES FOR AWHILE BEFORE SHUTTING OFF AGAIN.
