I'm sure alot of these games will be updated to work eventually. Nintendo is still finalizing a lot of there web framework specifications (Nintendo talked about it at GDC this year)
Nintendo put a lot of useful information about using gamepad input values in the web browser (I tried making a little box that I could control with the tilt sensors and it worked! I don't have the patience to develop an entire game though so hopefully someone else will)
@PloXyZeRo
I made a thread about those links a while back, too(around GDC). It's pretty easy to develop an HTML5 interactive thing(compared to a traditional dev kit, of course).
After seeing these little games that worked without any Wii U specific coding, I looked for an HTML5 dev kit.
I don't really have any interest in programming and software development, but I still searched around, and there were some free HTML5 devkits floating around, as well as paid ones that go up to $200 as far as I could tell. Those are the more advanced ones.
They're just flash based games pretty much(I've had some fun with them years ago), but I still found it interesting and figured I'd post...
Wow. I have got to learn more about what can be accomplished with the WiiU and HTML5. Is it possible to use the sticks/buttons for only the game and not web browsing? I'd like to make a game using both analogue sticks.

Yes. It is possible. I think someone was working on a game that used the GamePad buttons/d-pad, but I don't remember what it's called.
There's a code that overrides the regular button use within the browser, and you can also disable it so you can continue to use the browser as normal. It's all part of Nintendo's Web Framework development kit, but I'm not sure if it's entirely browser based or not.
You could make an HTML game and completely turn it into it's own piece of software offline.
I'm really impressed with how great everything was running with the Nintendo Web Framework. And the fact that you could also make your app receive input from Wii motes as well? This is much more than I initially anticipated. No idea what the whole process is like, but I went to Nintendo's NWF site and applied. I'd absolutely love to make party games and after seeing the demos they presented I have a lot of faith that it won't be too much for a web application to handle.

the HTML5 support is excellent and it is surprisingly easy to use the Gamepad screen & buttons but also the gyroscopes and other sensors. You need to know how to program in Javascript of course...

Really can't wait to try this all out. I have so many ideas and would like to make a multiplayer game using the Gamepad and the Wiimotes.
