OK, I'm trying to get the lens of truth. I'm already at the Shadow Temple.

I learned the Song of Storms early in the game, and the windmill is already turning, but the well itself is full. I tried playing the Song of Storms again, and nothing happened. Did I screw up?

Did you play the song in front of the guy inside the windmill as a kid or adult?
