I have last year's game on PS4 and it's pretty fun. Granted I really only bought it for bought it to create my own wrestlers, all British stereotypes do far, but it's lots of fun to play around with and see who can make the funniest wrestlers and intros. So heard hoping the Switch gets that feature.

@Ryu_Niiyama Same. No Mercy was the last one I played. If the Ultimate Warrior is in this I'm sold (WWF Wrestelfest arcade is still the best wrestler I reckon lol!)

I'd rather it be more of a simulator like No Mercy but this is still a day one buy for me.

The only problem I have with these games is it's always missing the new wrestlers and I'll bet it will be mising the Hardyz, Drifter and Lana despite being around since Wrestlemania.

Dont care about the characters on screen. I haven't played a wrestling game since gamecube. I'm so down for this. Just need a firm release date.

@Qwertyninty Hah, I haven't played one since WWF WresleMania 2000 on N64. Back when Stone Cold was THE MAN. I still have that super repetetive song from the character creation screen stuck in my head.

Man I feel old...

I just want to play as Goldberg and crush everyone in a minute.

I never understood the appeal of Goldberg, his entrance is longer than the match. Whilst he was about in his peak you had Rock and Austin who were far more entertaining.

Jericho, Sasha Banks, Dean Ambrose and Braun will the first ones I'm gonna play as.

I hope since 2k18 wont be coming out for XBOX 360 or PS3 this year, it will be a step up from previous years.

So far the game looks good. Wanna play as Jinder.

The commentry is gonna drive me mad, the soundbites include telling you not to smoke and referring to the female wrestling as males.

With both WWE and NBA, I'm waiting to see what card space you need if you buy the retail versions. I would like to play them on the Switch, but the thought of them eating up all of my memory card space (I have a 64GB card) and stopping me from downloading my eshop games puts me off of them. It's the reason I don't buy PS4 games day one any more, as I have to finish a game and delete from my hard drive before I consider buying something to replace it.

And no, the idea of having to buy a separate memory card for these games does not inspire me.

Isn't it obvious that Falco Lombardi is actually a parrot?

WWE 2K18 Needs 32GB of Space on Nintendo Switch

Also, remember the Switch version has only 6 fighters at most on screen at any one time, compared to 8 on PS4 and XB1. Another 3rd party effort that's been compromised.

Really don't see the problem with them going with 6 wrestler's instead of 8 on screen. Only people who have problems when they hear this are the guys who are still hurting that that the Switch is not some PS4 beating console. Get over it already!

Surely most people now accept that the switch cannot match the other two consoles for power so compromises needs be made.

They could have went with 8 wrestler's but then the FPS suffers. Not every game on switch needs to match the others versions perfectly.

As for the 32GB of space needed. That's the way the cookie crumbles for big games. People can moan and scream about the switch should have been released with more internal memory. Well Nand memory is not cheap. You can't just add extra memory without passing the cost on to customers.

The save file is 1GB which is massive, even if it's not as big as NDA 2K 18's 5GB save file. I've been looking around for prices on this game and it's the same as other versions which makes me think that the game has shipped on a small cart(maybe 8GB's) and the rest will have to be downloaded. I can't see 2K taking the hit on the price for a 32GB cartridge.
