I really suck at Mario platforming games so I try to avoid them and after playing super Mario Sunshine I quit the game because of those frustrating secret levels. I just kept falling over and over and it was just awful and not fun. I would love to play Super Mario Odyssey but I really suck at these games so I wanted to know how difficult would this game be for a a casual to this style of games. I even remember Miyamoto saying it's more for hardcore players of Mario platforming games or in general. So I just don't want to spend sixty dollars and never beat it.

@SKTTR I didn't really count 3D World. But that game is absolutely awful if you go for 100%.

It's not so bad.

It's just the last two levels that are really hard. (I include the last green star house).

@Delibheel Doing every level 5 times with every character is pretty tedious though.
