Hello
I'm triying to track my stolen nintendo switch.
Currently the switch is blocked by the parental control config.
I limited the use to 15 min/day and the one who stole it has been trying to unlock the pin code for a few days (I have notifications in the app that someone entered an incorrect pin) and even tryed to update password without success
Is there a way to send a message to my switch to chat with the one who stole it or a way to track it (ip or any other info)
Is there any solution to retrieve the stored data in the sd of the switch
Thanks

I don’t believe there is any way to send a message to your console or track its location.
As for your save data, if you have a paid Nintendo Switch Online subscription then the save data for most of your games should be stored in the cloud, so if you get a replacement console then you can download them onto that. It won’t work for certain games like Pokémon, but almost all others are supported.
Whether you have a paid Online subscription or not, any games you’ve bought through the eShop are tied to your Nintendo account, so you’ll be able to re-download them all if you get another console.

@KillR_81 All you can do, I think, is disable your account on the stolen console. And I think you may do that by logging into your nNntendo account at accounts.nintendo.

Here's Nintendo's general support page. There's a section for Europe and Africa: https://en-americas-support.nintendo.com/app/region/#Europe,%...
