The keychains aren't available in Europe yet. I hope I don't miss them!
Btw. I totally forgot how expensive shipping is in other countries. I pay 2.99€ for normal shipping. I think the warehouse for Europe is located here in Germany I guess?

After the Super Mario Movie I am so hyped for everything Nintendo, I am even thinking about subscribing to NSO again to get Splatoon 3.

Speaking of NSO and Splatoon 3, I discovered that if your NSO has expired, then you also lose access to the Splatnet 3 app. I know that's trivial, but I noticed. That's not how Splatnet 2 works. You can still access Splatnet 2 if your not subbed to NSO. Very tricky, Nintendo.😉

Team Courage. I don’t know why. I mean, I’m quite literally the most anxious being on planet Earth.

Thanks to the 7 day NSO trial I decided to buy Splatoon 3 today. The parcours level are fun and the first boss is beaten. Alterna has a nice vibe. Generally the game is much brighter in tone than I expected and full of sunshine. Tomorrow I will proceed with the campaign and saturday I will start the trial. Good times ahead.

For the Splatfest I will choose courage. I think it is good to have a nice balance of the three choices, but I prefer courage. And Link is the coolest person of the three.

Everyone has fears, this is why we need courage. No reason to be ashamed about it. You propably already heard it but being couragous means overcoming your fears. So picking courage is a good choice.

Edit: I am listening to upbeat Splatoon music right now. It puts me in a great mood and feels as unique as the game. The music is so chaotic and yet feels so harmonious. Seriously the music is just great.

@Jhena Ohhh, yeah. I love splatoon single player.<33 It's amazing how good some of the single player music is.

Finally unlocked the secret kettle. Hopefully it isn’t too bad…
Edit: Finally made it to the first checkpoint. AAAAAAAAH. Texted my sister and she literally said “Good luck. It gets worse”. I’m scared.

@octokid Oh, man secret kettle, aka After Alterna. That was tough (for me). I think it took me 3-4 hours to beat it. It made me so nervous. Yeah, if you close the game, you have to start over from the beginning. So, use that sleep mode if you need a break. Good luck!!

@Snatcher For completing After Alterna/secret kettle, you get two things. The pink/purple Grizz badge, and teddy bear ears (headgear).

Also street cred.

@Snatcher You get 3333 power eggs, access to another log (log.exe), the Teddy Band hat and a badge for your Splat Tag.

Holy cow, I just got slapped with reality in the face. I haven’t played Splatoon 3 in at least a month, so I’m training in Turf War for tomorrow so I can fight proper for the Demon King. But my drought has either made me super rusty, or my opponents are really good. I’ve lost 4/6 of the turf war matches I just did. I guess it doesn’t really matter because everyone is gonna vote courage anyways

@Snatcher Beat all kettles and final boss, and you'll unlock the secret kettle. I think that's right?

I beat the final boss, and wondered why I didn't get the secret kettle. I found a stage I missed on the first or second island. After I completed that stage, I got a cut scene showing a new kettle appearing on the edge of the first island.

@TheBigBlue Bad luck, or maybe you got matched up against OP partied up teams. It can be brutal when that happens. The matching system does have rubberbanding, though. At some point you'll get wins. Sometimes I leave the game and come back, or come back the next day, and get some wins.

I personally think sometimes it's a bit unfair to have solo queue randoms pit against OP partied up teams. If I could select a mode where everyone is solo queuing, I would.

In Site 1 of Alterna there is an area of interest that does not disappear. I found an item for the locker in this area though. It is just right of the kettle in the middle. Salmini also does not seem to find anything unusual there.
