Topic: Reasons for Dr. Kawashima's Brain Training for Nintendo Switch's Lack of North American Release

I knew that Dr. Kawashima's Brain Training for Nintendo Switch was released in Japan, Europe and Australasia. However, unfortunately, the game was never released in North America? Does anyone know the reason why you think? Please let me know, thanks.

I looked into it when the game never got released here in the US. Apparently the FTC filed a lawsuit against a company called Lumosity around the same time period. Mainly due to medical claims surrounding brain training. It looks like Nintendo wanted to avoid potential legal trouble. It’s unfortunate because I like those type of games. I feel like it depends on the individuals experience with those games if they work or not.
