Topic: Nintendo online account question

I have an online account, no complaints yet.
But when my son and his friend tried to play Minecraft two player co-op on my sons Switch. It said we needed a second online account.

Am i missing something, i know this can't be right.

Someone else had this issue at first. You have to choose to not be online for local multiplayer, because by default it makes an online world that both players get in. I'm sure someone else can say exactly how, but I know that's what the problem is. @yosheel @octane, ya'll remember this issue?

Yes, in the world options you need to turn off the multiplayer option.

Hey thanks for the reply. I got it to work. I think this should be explained a little clearer by nintendo.

The developer of the game actually shared the solution via a news article on the switch’s news app thingy. They could’ve made it more noticeable though.
