Hi, I'm hoping someone can help with a predicament I have:
My children have a Nintendo Switch each. The eldest was bought Animal Crossing (physical copy) and I logged in to the console with my account. She plays on her profile on my account.
My youngest also plays Animal Crossing and I downloaded the game, having bought from Nintendo on my Nintendo account.
This has been ok until they wanted to visit each other's islands, which is not possible as they're both on my account (I think!).
I have never saved the eldest's island on to the account, but I have for the youngest as we had a problem with the battery on her console.
Can I save the eldest's island on my account without overwriting the youngest's island? I haven't tried in fear of this happening! The eldest is keen to keep her island, but the youngest isn't too bothered any more.
The eldest has started playing Fall Guys and they now want to play with each other at the same time. They can't however as the account is logged in twice (I think!). The eldest can't play Fall Guys if the youngest is playing Animal Crossing
HELP!
For the eldest, I want her to continue as she is, though I'd like to save her AC progress.
I'm happy to start afresh with the youngest's console and hope to get to a point where she can play AC and Fall Guys at the same time as her sister.
@Gdonkadonk If your question sits unanswered here, I'll suggest asking on the the NintendoSwitch subreddit in the "daily question thread" section (which is pinned to the top of that NintendoSwitch rubreddit) https://www.reddit.com/r/NintendoSwitch/?rdt=64814. There are at least a couple very experienced users there that can answer this rather quickly.
