My personal collection isn't the best representation of all the physical releases available on the Switch, which is well over 1,000 games at this point. But I've created this thread with the intention of listing all the games that have had zero post-patching, with all the current updates on the cartridge. Several games have had multiple reprints physically and I don't own all of them, but I'll cobble together what information I can.

Switch Physical Collection - 1,371 games (as of December 23rd, 2024)

Although my physical collection is large, there's a lot of these games that have yet to be opened and loaded into my Switch system.
If you set up something like a Google Sheet, people could collaborate on identifying physical releases that have post-patching.
You would need to account for games that have re-prints with a new ROM with updates on them, based on their serial ID, and you'd want to identify the latest version string, what date that was recorded/last checked, how large the update data installed to the Switch system appears to be.
And you would also want to consider situations where the physical version of the game is actually newer than any digitally available version. There are cases such as Fox n Forests or Snake Pass where the digital version becomes unplayable if you have played a physical version with an exclusive higher version number.
Thank you both. Contributions are welcomed. I only ask that you also provide the cartridge code below the artwork on the cartridge itself. Reprints of older games may have updated versions on the cartridge and the code will be different for each version. Also consider checking for updates at least one time (insert the game, highlight the game on your dashboard, press the + button, "check for updates").
Usually games that aren't high on your recently played list won't auto-update or you may have auto-update turned off as I do.

Even the region of origin would be enough of a distinction (KOR = Korean, EUR = European, etc). For example, the ESRB versions of Ori and the Blind Forest and the first print of Hollow Knight both offered post-patching. I'm pretty sure it's the same for the ESRB version of Monster Boy and the Cursed Kingdom, although I haven't played my copy in a while.

@Magician are you setting up a google spreadsheet or would you like me too?
I have a number of unopened games which I haven't checked.
Ah, I understand. Well, we'll see. I have two ESRB copies of Blasphemous, the LRG version that offers a post-patch and the recently released deluxe version with all updates on cartridge. I'll see if the cartridge codes are any different later today.
Edit: As I assumed the cartridge codes are different.
Blasphemous from LRG: LA-H-ANKSA-USA (2 GB+ download)
Blasphemous DE from Team17: LA-H-ANKSC-USA (all current updates on cartridge)

Both Japanese Bayonetta cartridges are Version 1.0 (no updates), and the international cartridge for Bayonetta 2should be identical to the Japanese release.
Bear in mind that Nintendo typically updates their cartridges in subsequent pressings, but they may not be worth adding to the list until we're more or less certain that the current version is the final one (which makes it difficult to ascertain with Super Mario Party having received a recent update).
I wonder what the situation is with more recent pressings of Super Smash Bros. Ultimate though, as the data now exceeds 16GB and would require a 32GB cartridge. I strongly doubt that Nintendo would ship Smash Ultimate on a 32GB cart unless they plan on issuing a complete release in the future (which, sadly, is doubtful).
I would say it's better to document the state of all physical Switch games with an accompanying "Complete on Cartridge" field, rather than to only list the ones that we know to not have any post-patching.
Because is it not guaranteed that these games will never receive some sort of update, even something a small fix amounting to a few KB.

That's an interesting point, it would be a much bigger job!!
If we did that we could try and highlight the games which are patched and which have DLC.

On that note, I believe newer prints of Zelda BotW have all updates baked in.
But I own an older cartridge and cannot confirm this.

@Magician
Looking up known release information about The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, we can see this has three different known prints that have been dumped.
ID 1 is rev000, with a trimmedsize of 14880118272 bytes (14.88 GB), and stores Switch firmware 1.0.0
ID 140 is rev001, with a trimmedsize of 15212446720 bytes (15.21 GB), and stores Switch firmware 3.0.1
ID 215 is rev002, with a trimmedsize of 15837757440 bytes (15.83 GB), and stores Switch firmware 4.0.1
They all have the same serial of LA-H-AAAAA, meaning looking at the cartridge alone is unlikely to tell you what software version is on there, but I dunno there might be something that signifies the revision?
Their imagesize is 16, meaning they use a 16GB cartridge.
That's what I meant.
The EU BOTW I own still hasn't downloaded a patch. I just didn't put it into my list because I started the game only once for about one minute, thinking you'd need to play a game longer before it automatically updates.
Here's the code of my copy: LA-H-AAAAA-EUR
Since January 2021 owner of my first real Nintendo "home" console.
