I wonder if you can use the overhead radar instead of the whole course map while you're racing? That would come in handy if you're hit by the blooper. Mario Kart DS and 7 let you do that with the DS/3DS's bottom screen... honestly, I miss that feature.

A WarioWare remix was discovered in some footage from the Switch 2 Experience in Hong Kong.

I wasn't really expecting anything from WarioWare, and if they did a remix at all from it, I was anticipating they'd leave it at the main theme of Mega Microgame$. I'm still gobsmacked that they're actually bringing in meaningful WarioWare content. I can't wait to hear this soundtrack, and I hope this means WarioWare characters are on the table in the future

@PikaPhantom It makes me sad that we probably already know the complete roster for the game, and that we aren't going to be getting more established Mario universe characters. If they pulled more characters from the RPGs and Wario games, it would've probably had one of the best rosters of characters in the series to date.

I am still excited at the prospect of racing as a Snowman through the lava-filled trenches of Bowser’s Castle, but honestly, more than the characters, I am hyped for this soundtrack. If they release a CD of it I will be getting it immediately!!

@rallydefault Pretty much, but that was different because 8 had been out for a good while, while World is a new game.

@Dev-N Yeah, I pretty much agree on the gag characters. It's neat that they're there, but I'd rather just stick with the classics personally, like Mario, Daisy, and Toadette. I'm more excited for my favorites having costumes than the minor characters being playable. Would love to hear this game's soundtrack... but I'd rather wait until I play it for myself.

I REALLY hope Nintendo has implemented a sound level slider in this game. I watched the new Nintendo Today video with the snowboarding shy guys and the sound effects really drowned out the music -_- This was something that annoyed me in Mario Kart 8 DX too.

Really looking forward to MK World, although for battles I think I’ll stick to MK8 Deluxe.

Nintendo tends to not really care much for the battle mode these days , and this time we only have coin and balloon mode, so I’ll stick with 8 Deluxe’s Shine thief and Renegade Roundup, which were by far the best battle modes in the series.
