I will say, losing Spike is the best thing that could happen. Since Spike mostly exists to be stupid and worthless maybe this will get rid of the stupid and worthless parts of this show.

I hope so, but if it's 3 hours again, who knows what kind of stupid filler they'd throw in...

Maybe the award show will just focus on the awards. canned laughter

Every time I've watched that, I have trouble understanding exactly what I'm watching. Is it an award show, or something a bunch of drunken fratboys came up with? I can think of better ways to waste my Friday night.... unless of course, they focus on the actual awards and reveals instead of chucking all sorts of whimsically trivial crap at the viewer for X amount of time.

I might just watch it for Reggie... because I want a new Cranky Kong trailer.

Great selection of nominations. Nobody can accuse this one of going for what sells, or being paid off by the big guys.

Heh, not bad. Certainly better than last year at least. Though I hope they do some fan vote for best video game meme. Luigi's death stare would've been a good nomination.

Was Mariobro4. No, I'm not taking off my backpack...it's important.

Ubisoft's AC: Unity is in there Your reaction that a broken and glitched fest game is under "DEVELOPER OF THE YEAR'?!

They've developed six more titles this year and this clearly wasn't common knowledge enough to make last minute changes.

This. How many developers (not publishers) put out more than one game in a year? But they've put out Child of Light, Watch Dogs, Far Cry 4 and Assassins Creed: Rogue. That's an impressive year for one development studio.

Quantity over quality, huh? Watch Dogs is awesome! Far Cry 3.5... Whoops, I meant Far Cry 4 is awesome!!! Hahaha I'm just having fun now. A little trolling

Most Anticipated Game – (To be voted on by fans)

Batman: Arkham Knight – Rocksteady/Warner Bros.
Bloodborne – FROM Software/Sony
Evolve – Turtle Rock/2K Games
The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt – CD Projekt
Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End – Naughty Dog/Sony

So, does anyone see omissions?
Cough cough Zelda U? Cough MGSV: TPP? Cough Halo 5?

Yeah that list is a joke. As soon as I saw, Evolve... I rolled my eyes. MGS V has wayyy more hype and substance that Evovle. Not seeing Zelda U and Halo 5 is weird, too.

I own a Wii U and 3DS. I also own a PS4!

Substance doesn't mean squat, while MGSV is going to be awesome if you tell most people the exact game by the Left 4 dead guys is coming soon it gets the hype rolling.

I'm just wandering what the reveals will be this year.

MGS V's gameplay alone is incredibly impressive. Like seriously.

It is, but they want dem clicks and evolve is going to get a lot of sales for it.

Personally I'm sort of over Metal Gear and sort of despite the series for not letting Kojima do something like snatcher or ZOE again.
