that sums up rex and Amalthus better than I could. One one hand you have such an idealist person Rex dosen’t realize he is essentially helping Mythra beg her dad to die. Xenoblade foreshadowing is always amazing. The games straight up tell you the endgame multiple times and it flows over your head. I thought the same it was just Malo’s lingering aura or something. And that was the worst part Amalthus had everyone on his side I mean who would have suspected the pope of trying to defy god. He was the one singular thing everyone in alrest could agree was good and he ended up being the maker of thier almost demise. It’s a good thing Amalthus though Zeke actually bought into his lies

Again if it wasn’t for Nia his grave would read death by loli suicide bombing. Nalli was not the most gifted driver in xenoblade lore. Morag/Brighid probably would end up picking up more non combat oriented skills after 2 ended. I severely doubt they would just end up retiring to mor ardains castle permanently. And living without servants to do everything for you probably would cause Morag to function more as a human less as a live in assassin. I definitely think some blades would be happy living one life and then just letting themselves pass. In fact one popular theory/head cannon people had about the ending of 2 is since there was now stable land and the cloud sea was no more Klaus ended the blade cycle and made it so blades were just another race that could grow old and die thier livelihoods disconnected from their drivers.but to refocus on brighid she did say something along the lines of not wanting to live in a world without morag so she may be one of the blades willing to live a singular life and be satisfied with her achievements. The best way to describe it would be take the most confusing bits from xenoblade 3 multiply them by 100 and that is about how confusing it is to understand the franchise. we know Noah, Lanz, Eunie and Jouran were friends in the real world. It is reasonable to assume the same is true for Mio, Taion, Sena and Miabi. Some franchises are better suited for shake ups than others. With how energetic trolls is it could make an easy 2D shift. Lego cut thier losses toys to life was dying and they got out before the whole thing turned to garbage. But I miss all the cool crossover sets. At least we got a real sonic lego set
