@gcunit Ah, I seem to have misread your comment. The other way around, then. Might also be part of the problem, I suppose.
You could still try to use BitLocker to Go, seeing as that should be self-contained on the USB drive, so the Operating System shouldn't matter. Well, theoretically, at least. But you could give it a go and see what it gets you.
Here's a Windows 7 specific topic, but if that's of no use, then you could still use that forum to find your specific issue, or to ask the pros on that board. They know far more than me about these things. https://www.sevenforums.com/system-security/399092-unlocking-...
You can subscribe for free, and then ask/post your question.
I actually also use Windows 7, but I don't use BitLocker, so this is about as far as my knowledge on that particular program goes.
EDIT:
It just dawned on me that you can also use another solution to easily find out if the problem lies with the USB drive: let the other person upload the files to Google Drive or WeTransfer to see if you actually can access them in that way. If so, then it's indeed the USB drive, if not, then there's some incompatibility issue between Windows 7 and 10 in combination with and/or where it concerns using BitLocker.
Peoples started freaking out with AC new Horizons due to its restrictions.
Well, at the same time i still have a chance to multiple dip with ACNL Welcome Amiibo since i want to have multiple towns with different native fruits each town. Thanks to 3DS built feature that i can save the data inside the cartridge so i can have multiple cartridges with their Save Data inside. Now, AC New Horizons will be my new challenge.
@Tyranexx Oh, I know it's annoying enough alright. Once I heard it, I spent several weeks getting trying to get "babyshark tutududutuduu" out of my head. It popped up in my brain at the most random of moments. Talk about an ear worm...
@ThanosReXXX Funny. Sounds like a taste of the pure random tunes that pop into my own head without warning, usually from seemingly unrelated things....

Did someone say baby shark?! Oh jeez, thats constantly blasting in my house 😣. We've got baby shark books, clothes, and even cereal!! Yes you heard me right. My youngest loves it. I'm forced to love it lol.
@ThanosReXXX lol. I actually just started putting on shows i liked as a kid that i can tolerate at my age now( original teenage mutant ninja turtles movie from 90? And its sequel). I just can't watch some of those shows anymore that he wants to watch. He gets til 7pm then I've had enough.
Last night I ended up putting on dinner for schmucks, which I haven't watched in 10 years maybe. I forgot how good it was. And the scene where Steve carrells character was throwing wine bottle all over the place actually had him laughing so hard. Hes so young that all the other stuff doesn't mean anything to him, but Steve carrells voice and the way he acts is good enough to make him bust out laughing, so it's all good.
Hopefully, we can have that on repeat for the next 3 month's like we did we baby shark 😂
Edit: At a McDonald's and the little kid next to me on her mom's phone, guess what she's blasting?? BABY SHARK
It's kinda amusing (and kinda bad also, haha) to see how Nintendo honored the 3DS GBA ambassator exclusivity until the end.
This blue eye perceives all things conjoined. The past, the future, and the present. Everything flows and all is connected. This eye is not merely seen reality. It is touching the truth. Open the eye of truth... There is nothing to fear.
@NintendoByNature Sorry! I can barely tolerate the tune when I hear it once in awhile. Hearing it blast on repeat many hours a day must be borderline torture sometimes.

@NintendoByNature Yeah, I guess you do. And I suppose in some ways it's slightly better than hearing someone next to you chomping noisily on a burger or slurping up their soda...
