Topic: How should I train ralts in pokemon oras?

I have played 3 other pokemon games but I never did stuff like breeding or looking at pokemon weakness. I cough a ralts and u want a gardevoir on my team but the rat only knows growl and can't fight. Can some one help me learn to train her? I really want a gardevoir on my team.
