I'm a little confused here. I hear the US 3DS XL comes with the charger. Then I hear it doesn't?! Which is it???? I'd like to know since, I don't have another system to borrow the cable from :->

It still baffles me why Nintendo would sell this anywhere without an Ac charger!? Some people previously owning another Nintendo handheld isn't a good enough reason at all.
