@antdickens Could we get a character counter in the signature/bio section? It's rather a pain to have to save your descriptions to check if they are under the limit.

@CaleBoi25 a dynamic counter would be a little more work, but I've made it cap the size of what can get put in the textarea now, so that should help!

@antdickens Is there going to be a reminder article about the 3DS/Wii U online shutdown?

@Grumblevolcano There is still more than a week. Surely there will be all sorts of countdown or 'best of' articles before the shutdown.

I often get in the habit of associating profile pictures with accounts, and the names I'm not always the best with, so would it make sense for there to be a section for account icon history or something similar so you can check if you recognize the account's past icons, or even last icon they had selected? (I have a feeling there's multiple people I only recognized by their icon and now that it's changed I think they're a different person)

@chiiizu Some people change pfps constantly which would make a full history impractical. I do also find it a bit confusing whenever they change though. Your idea makes me think of how Facebook used to do it with a default profile picture and like 4 other pictures attached.

@chiiizu that's interesting... I can totally understand where you are coming from, however I'm not aware of any websites that actually do that. As @FishyS said, it is potentially a little impractical to keep a history of all avatars... people also may not want the site to keep a history as perhaps their tastes have changed and no longer want to be seen related to a particular image/character. So, yeah, whilst I understand where you are coming from I'm not sure what to advise other than trying to focus on usernames a little more and avatars a little less. We could introduce an option that doesn't display ANY avatars (or just the default) that would force you to focus on the usernames?

@chiiizu I do the same thing! It is rather confusing... but I also constatly change my PFP, so that could pose problems.

@antdickens Idk if this would help but maybe a way to leave notes of a certain person or be able to change their name but only you would see what you put and what notes you wrote

@antdickens I do like @Rambler 's idea of just having the last image, but either way I could definitely see it being a difficult feature to implement. As for the no avatars thing I think I'll just make sure to also read the names, I like having the extra adornment of the pictures.

Could you add more option to type by ourself the Non Nintendo games we played during weekend on Saturday & Sunday since the option for polling only limited by Nintendo only games?
Sometimes I played PlayStation games or Arcade games during weekend so I would like to see my gaming choice can be added in percentage polling even for Non Nintendo games.

@Anti-Matter thanks for the suggestion, we do want to try and expand out this concept a little... so yes, we will likely add that in due course!

@antdickens I think it could be a good feature if you have the ability to delete all your comments from just one of the sites. Deleting your account deletes all your comments from all 4 sites but let’s say you only want to only want to leave one of the sites because you don’t like the atmosphere, I feel it would be a helpful option to have the ability to delete all your comments from that site only.

@Grumblevolcano I’m not sure how often that would be used, but can see where you’re coming from. We can do that now at an admin level if someone wanted that, but it’s never been asked for before.
