In case you missed it, here's your reminder that the Rayman DLC for Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope is now officially live.
This latest update bumps the game up to 'Version 1.4.2225842' and includes not only the new DLC content but also a bunch of general updates addressing some issues to improve the overall experience. Here's the rundown, courtesy of Perfectly-Nintendo:

General
Several issues were fixed and various adjustments were made to improve the gameplay experience.
If you do plan on playing this DLC, according to the game's creative director there's a "secret hidden message" that can be unlocked when you 100% this new content. It seems like it might have something to do with Rayman...

Definitely but first I have to finish the donkey DLC in kingdom battle.
Also they should really do a n. Sane trilogy-esque remake of all three games.
I was so excited for the DK dlc for the first game, but not so much for this. I found too many of the battles in Sparks of Hope to be poorly designed and tedious. Can’t say going back for more is all that appealing…
Sparks of hope is still in my backlog. Need to pick it out from the gaping void that is the backlog and play through it soon.
I would want their to be a new Rayman game, but considering how Ubisoft has been doing lately I don't know that I do want a new Rayman game from modern Ubisoft honestly.
Good they're finally done churning out DLC. Now for the wait for the definite edition to drop to $10.
This will move this one up in my backlog of games to buy. Now it’s at 1,475,264 instead of 1,475,326 lol. (Seriously it looks good but so do a lot of other games!)

@ShonenJump121 apparently the secret message COULD point towards the dev team wanting to work on a new one but there's no opportunity for it - likely due to management - but the message is also...hella f***ing cryptic.
The Phantom's dissing is perfect, really hope that Rayman won't prove him wrong only in this DLC, but also and especially outside of it by making yet another comeback with first and foremost new games and ports/remasters/remakes of older ones, too!
@Hobbesyall I also can't download the latest Rayman DLC. I have the Golden Edition on a cartridge.

Please, Ubisoft, give us another rayman game! I need to play my boy in another game, please.
If I'm not mistaken, Rayman can't be played alongside any of the Mario universe characters, just the Rabbid characters. Wise decision by Nintendo.
