Kao the Kangaroo is about to celebrate Halloween in style with some brand new DLC launching on October 13th.
The extra content - called 'Oh! Well' - will cost €6.99 / $6.99 / £5.49 and will contain five new playable levels along with five additional character skins. Alternatively, if you've not got the full game yet, you can opt for the 'A Well Good Bundle' instead, which bags you the full game, two free DLC packs, and the Oh! Well paid DLC pack. This will cost a total of €34.99 / $34.99 / £28.99.
Here's some more info from publisher Tate Multimedia:
"The new DLC will charge players with guiding the marvelous marsupial Kao through new challenges designed to test his skills to the max, all whilst looking the part thanks to five new outfits to unlock, tailor-made to strike fear into the hearts of Kao’s enemies, not to mention his friends and family!"

I'm still waiting for my physical copy from Limited Run. Stupid physical.
I prefer default looking of Kao as he looked way much better in natural looking.
Still waiting on an analysis to confirm if the base game itself is properly patched up and fixed!
Heard there was a game breaking bug that deleted your save files (SwitchUp for example couldn't finish their review because of it) and the framerate on Switch got worse and worse the further you got into the game.
If fixed, i'd pick it up alongside the DLC.
@Burning_Spear Sorry to hear that, that sucks. Are you US based?
UK has physical copies readily available and easy to acquire (looks to be a different distributor).
@Perryg92 Yes, I'm in the States. I was being mildly ironic. Not too much of a big deal, but it would have been nice to have the entire file on disc.
It's cool to see the game is getting DLC in the form of new levels, though I'm disappointed they're all spooky-themed. The game's final world is like a haunted funhouse with an all-purple aesthetic, so I would've preferred something new and different like a desert world or something.
I actually never finished the final world as I got really confused at where I was supposed to go at some point (not sure if something didn't load properly and I was softlocked or what--I wandered in circles for like an hour). I always meant to retry the level, but I just got bogged down with too many other games. 3D platformers are my favorite genre, but I think I'm starting to feel a bit of fatigue from them, which I hate to say.
This game is on my want list, it looks like a decent enough platformer.
Full game, no DLC is only £25 on Amazon.co.uk, will put it on Wish list for Christmas or something.
Was this game fixed in the mean time???
There are always so few Infos when about smaller games.
In case of Smurf Mission Vileaf it was hard to find, that the Switch version was fixed in performance.
I played this game not long ago and encountered game freezes and some glitches. Sadly I could not finish this game 100% because a chest was bugged.
I despise Halloween so I won't be bothering with this. It's all fun and games when you're a kid but when you're an adult facing people throwing eggs at your house and people having dangerous bonfires dangerously close to your house it turns into the most stressful night of the year.
Did anyone praise the update as fixing the game? Nintendolife never even reviewed the update - I assume that was because the game didn't get a reliable or proper fix. (Correct me if I'm wrong) I wanted this game, but the technical issues scared me off.
For those who haven’t purchased yet, the main game is currently on sale at 20% discount on the Nintendo NA eShop.
@Perryg92 Same here.
@RubyCarbuncle I've never experienced this...maybe your neighborhood is full of jerks?
@LikelySatan It's just not my neighbourhood you get trouble makers in the U.K too but instead of Halloween they take Guy Fawks Night seriously. It's just kids getting up to mischief but they simply don't realise the stress they cause adults like me.
@RubyCarbuncle yeesh.
