Nintendo has finally announced the real title for the game formerly known as The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild 2 — say hello to The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, launching on 12th May 2023.
The new trailer (above) doesn't give much away in terms of new gameplay, focusing on some stone wall art in the opening section before following Link as he leaps into the sky and onto a stone bird-looking flying creature.
The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom: In addition to the vast lands of Hyrule, the latest entry in the storied Legend of Zelda series will take you up into the skies and an expanded world that goes beyond that! Look forward to Link’s massive adventure starting again when The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, the sequel to The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, drops for Nintendo Switch on May 12, 2023.

We got a name! And a date! Let’s goooo
I now get why they wouldn't air the Direct in the UK
Really excited to have a date and name for this. Hopefully this gets its own Direct before too long.
I can vibe with Zelda TOTK
No WW. Sad. Very sad.
One of the best parts of the direct!
The title spoils nothing, I’m surprised they kept it secret for so long
C'mon, only 15 seconds of gameplay!? I guess it's better than Aonuma appearing to apologize for the delay...
PIKMIN! Hooray.
Even Zelda TotK had more footage than Pikmin 4.
Excited for both!
nice logo. nice title. the part where link casually dives off an island in the sky is very skyward sword-esque.
This is looking quite interesting, and I am excited to see how the game will be.
Mostly just disappointed at the lack of Wind Waker and Twilight Princess personally. I dunno, my interest in Tears of the Kingdom is kind of more out of obligation than anything. BotW is very good but I didn't really come away from it wanting more of it and nothing they've really shown off since has done much to change my mind.
An actually good name??? Let's go! Also the gameplay looks absolutely sick
I like that we finally have a title. No more "Sequel to Breath of the Wild" nonsense.
Looking forward to the game.
Was still hoping for WWHD and TPHD.
Finally, and name and a date! That's all I wanted.
That being said, I'm still shocked by just how little we got in that trailer.
So my prediction was true, all they had for us was the official name for the game. At least now we also got a date so can't wait for Spring 2023. I know they would never give us another Zelda collection ever again considering the last Zelda collection didn't sell well.
The least they could have done for passing the time until then was releasing Wind Waker and Twilight Princess for Switch
So excited for May! We definitely have a darker and sadder Zelda game on our hands for the first time in years.
@mariomaster96 haha you're right that makes sense
I just want proper dungeons. Everytime I see a trailer for this game, I get more nervous that none of the problems I had with Breath of the Wild will get addressed. Sure, those problems are on me, but I know a fair few people who have similar issues.
last zelda trailer was better... then this one
That title is a bit awkward in my opinion but I'll probably get used to it in due time. The game looks phenomenal though, even if I'll probably not get it myself.
Also, we've had OoT, MM, WW, TP, SS, BOTW and now TOTK to throw onto that list!
@Jackpaza0508 Isn’t it to do with Link turning into a tear drop?
Finally, I can stop calling it Breath of the Wild 2.
I would prefer a double release of WW/TP to tell you the truth, because of all the things I've seen it reminds me of SS, the only Zelda I really hated, I don't think Link and the sky goes together well, it seems strange to me. Hope it is as good as BOTW though.
Finally, a name and a date. This saved it all for me. It was just an ok direct until this very moment!
Once again the jackasses who continuously cite insider knowledge that Wind Waker and Twilight Princess remasters are coming, are proven to be the clickbait fakers that they are.
BOTW + Skyward Sword = Absolute Masterpiece
Let's have a moment of silence for my free time in 2023.
Lol how'd they managed to show us less than the 1st teaser. I still want to see what exactly they're gonna do different in Hyrule a place I've already explored every nook and canny
Switch 2 confirmed
Hate this title. It’s like some generic Hollywood sequel title. Also just not hype so far. I love botw, I really want this to be good, but idk. I’m getting vibes that it won’t be as open as botw.
It looks alright.
I’m crying that it’s still 8 months away.
Really the only bright spot of a lackluster 40 mins and releasing on my bday!!!
initially thought it was december because America's dates are messed up
Never been more hyped for a game to come out. Love the title!
This was all I really wanted, and then the rest of the direct was pretty amazing for me on top of that. Just waiting to give Nintendo my money.
Guess the word "Sky" was already taken from their previous game, Skyward Sword, so this is probably the only other name to be given not to cause confusion.
So it's probably tears as in crying tears, but it could also be tears as in rips
Zelda Tik Totk
“The BOTWTOTK timeline”
I was hoping for a Loftwing to pick him up though. That would have made me scream.
So is it tears as in tear drops or tears as in tearing a piece of paper?
So, no news of the perpetually-rumored remasters, but we did get a BotW2 release date, logo and title review! And it's less than a year away! Very exciting!
Or, rather, it would be... if it revealed literally anything new about the game itself.
Looks like there might’ve been another war between Ganon, Zelda, and Link we don’t know about. Link’s Sheikah glider looks nifty. Maybe the “tears” refer to new collectibles? It might also imply the game’s darker tone.
Nintendo sure has a big Spring next year between this and the Mario movie!
Delayed till May to incorporate the much-needed farming simulator mini-game.
Highs
Zelda
Pikmin 4
Bayonetta 3
However we new two of those.
Lows
Not much else for me.
No metriod or Zelda remakes for Christmas 2022
And yeah in a Direct filled with 20 farming games and 20 anime-style RPGs, for the main headline to be "that Zelda game we've been talking about for 4 years, is still over half a year away. But we've given it a name at least" is a bit disappointing.
@john_lennon999 yeah I weirdly get that vibe too. I have to just assume it’s going to be good since botw was, but idk I just have a weird feeling about everything we’ve see so far
The air stuff has killed my interest in this game entirely, I'm afraid.
@MetaRyan You’ve probably predicted a future NintendoLife poll
@mariomaster96 Bloody hell that's a fine point! 😂
I like the new name.
Happy to see this. Going to be good.
Even happier that Mr Grubby got his zelda blowout prediction wrong.
6 years to make a sequel in the same engine? Oh and the WW/TP rumors were wrong, what a surprise. I'll just play TP on the Wii, my preferred version.
Not to mention, I got pretty darn excited when I read 05/12 on screen. Bit of a let down when I realised it was the North American stream.
@MetaRyan Yes that was my exact first thought. Both make sense. I think YouTubers talking about it are going to disagree about which it is. Whichever you read in your head when you first see it makes sense. It will be the new Laurel/Yanny or Gold/White dress
I just hope they freshen up the world enough. I dont see too many sky islands so I guess we will spend most of the time on ground again.
I would have preferred: A kingdom‘s tears.
But the game will be great so who really cares about the title right?
Happy for the title and the date. Seems a long wait for a sequel to a 5 year old game on the same hardware but at least we finally got it. I like the title and the ToTK abbreviation.
So in February Nintendo announces the new hardware for the May launch?🤷
@Grumblevolcano So we have our "May" game for next year taken care of. Nintendo is pretty good at those. May 2024 MK9, unless Pikmn 4 has delayed until then. Probably Pikmn 4.
It looks so dope can't wait for this
I'm honestly left with more questions than answers at this point. That title spoils nothing.
Not only that, but the mural in the first half of the trailer reminded me heavily of the Skyrim teaser when we saw Alduin's Wall.
Still, I'm glad we now have a title and a release date (although, knowing Nintendo, they could delay it even further).
"Tears of the Kingdom", "Breath of the Wild"... seems Zelda has taken an interest in bodily functions...
It's still eight months away, so there's still much time to reveal more of it; there'll probably be a dedicated Nintendo Direct or something early next year...
So, those Zelda and Metroid ports that “reputable leakers” insist have been ready for ages… They clearly don’t exist at this point right?
Cheers Jeff.
@Fizza You forgot HF, AoL, ALTTP, LA, WoG, FoE, ZA, OoA, OoS, FS, MC, FSA, PH, ST, LCT, TH, and ALBW.
@Tott they will... I bet they will come out as surprises prior to May.
hopefully they give us a trailer showing off how brutal ganondorf is going to be and supposely he going to unleash his full power/demise curse in this one.
I still believe the ports will come out before 2023, maybe game awards? The need a big platform for showing a full teaser of TotK and announce things
Yeeesssss! LFG!!
ToTk's abbreviated name is perfect, lmao
Now we know when the Switch2 will release.
@MS7000 I’m with you 100%. In fact, I think BoTW is the most overrated game this generation, and maybe all time. That’s not to say I didn’t like it, because I did, but it’s not the greatest thing ever created game wise in my opinion.
are you all reading this as tears (synonymous with rips) or as tears (like crying, sadness, etc.)?
I want the latter, but I feel like it's more of the former. A translation of the Japanese title might/might not inform this (if there is a difference).
@Danrenfroe2016 ...and the speculation restarts anew.
12 days before my birthday nice!!
I love the title of this new Zelda. The very little gameplay we were shown was also neat. Hopefully, we will get proper dungeons in this one.
No Metroid Prime Trilogy HD manifested.
A Wii Kirby game port but no WW or TP? That’s the most Nintendo thing Nintendo could have done.
No Metroid anything??? D: How disappointing.
That will be my 36th birthday.
@sisodinr maybe it's supposed to mean both. Hadn't noticed that, but it makes me like the title more, thanks.
@sisodinr Nope Tears is a character in the game and that is his kingdom which Link is invading. Link is going to be a bad guy now.
THIS IS AMAZING I CANNOT WAIT!
At least the jokers can carry on wheeling out the Wind Waker and Twilight Princess rumours into 2023. Saves them coming up with new material. People only like the greatest hits anyway.
@mariomaster96 oh.. i did not even realize that
@BlackMayge I've said this before, but the way I see it, BOTW is a good game, but not a good Zelda game. I am sure there are plenty of people who disagree, but that is how I feel about BOTW, and I am concerned that is how I will feel about TOTK.
So, the '''''insiders'''''' have been wrong. Again!
No problem. In the next Direct they will reveal Metroid Prime Trilogy, Metroid Prime Remake, Star Fox GP, Zelda ports...
Thought it said december 5th. They have the numbers reversed in America.
This is officially the first year since 2012 without a Zelda game. I'm totally okay with the franchise taking a break until Tears of the Kingdom.
@mariomaster96 is that true? That they wouldn't air it in the u.k?
So what about Prime 4? It’s been in development far longer than this and the only thing we’ve seen is the logo.
@GameOtaku look forward to it on the sequel to nintendo switch. It will be a cross Gen launch game like breath of the wild
@Ryu_Niiyama How many farm sims did you count - I made at least 5 😆
@GhostDaddy Yes, they didn't livestream it in the UK and instead uploaded the VOD about 20min ago on their YT channel
Have not seen it yet, but great to get a title and a date.
What will be the You Tubers excuse for WW and TP not getting announced?
@gcunit Rune Factory 3S (plus new one in development), Harvestella, SOS:AWL, the fae game... what else? (yes buying all of them)
Idk about the new fae game, I suspect there won't be romance options
I'll hafta see what the gameplay elements are. If there's breakable weapons and nothing but shrines and half-***** mini dungeons I'll pass on it.
@Serpenterror Is it wrong that I want this to be true? Lol
Fire Emblem ✓
Goldeneye ✓
Zelda ✓
Pikmin 4 ✓
Sad no Metroid
The name is kinda "meh" but I'm sure it will grow on me, especially once Nintendo reveals more information. The box-art/key artwork looks stunning.
I continue to be convinced that Wind Waker/Twilight Princess HD on Switch aren't real, and that they will only be ported to new Switch hardware as 4K remasters long after Tears of the Kingdom has launched.
@Enigk In fairness, Nintendo does love porting stuff. However, predicting that a company is going to port something is like predicting that it will rain sometime during the year, so I get what you mean.
@Gerald Electronic interference with their psychic brain-waves?
Looks to be pointing in the direction of the Zonai.
@BiscuitCrumbsInMyBed yeah, but that was in the initial gameplay reveal
@mariomaster96 Yeah because the Queen was known to be an avid Zelda player.
Ok who do I have to go slap for making us think this was going to be a Zelda-centric Direct? And how many JRPGs do we need? Really?
Very happy we have a name and release date for BOTW2. But I'm disappointing there is no Wind Waker and Twilight Princess HD ports. The "experts" were so sure about their "predictions" this time.
@WallyWaldo At least we did get 2 Wii ports and 2 GameCube ports in that presentation.
@Tempestryke Nope but Nintendo usually name something in the game after their title so my guess is tears may also refer to that person too but you did had a good guess as to why it's called that.
This was the highlight of the Direct for me. It will be a long 8 months, but I will definitely be looking forward to this one. Fortunately with Splatoon 3, Xenoblade 3, and Octopath Traveler II, I'll have plenty to keep me occupied between now and then.
I'm dang hyped for this game!!! I'm gonna be Zelda marathoning the games until Tears of the Kingdom releases
I mean, who in the UK has a VPN, or has even heard of a live reaction stream, right? #OhWait
That’s it? That’s why we didn’t get it live here? Really?
Really underwhelmed by that Direct. Nothing even came close to jumping out at me. No Metroid, no Zelda remakes, Pikmin 4 I can take or leave, Squeenix drank the NFT koolaid so they’re in the bin with EA, still no Silksong, farming games up the wazoo…
Just about the only thing of even slight note was a time window for MK8 DLC wave 3 and Tales of Symphonia Remastered. Ah, Sheena, it’s been too long… le sigh
The four objects floating in the mural in the trailer must be the Tears...which must be quest items Link must collect. Just hope we get some proper, fully fledged dungeons and more enemy variety to go along with it. And more durable weapons would also be more than welcome; I despised that breakable weapon mechanic and never even used the Legendary Weapons once I learned they too were breakable. I mean, seriously, what's the point of all that effort if the things just break on you like everything else?
@Tempestryke Maybe someone at Nintendo sees these predictions so keeps putting them to back of the queue. I can imagine Nintendo has got a few remakes ready to fill the release schedule when needed.
So much for Wind waker and Metroid, who ever supposedly leaks this info needs to get there facts right first.
Nice title and nice box-art. May is still a long way of though...but its better then holiday 2023!
Zelda: Tears for Fears... Link's bringing back the Zora guitar for this one.
Excited to experience the breadth of this wild!
... Wun can only hope.
@MetaRyan I think it's both for sure. Tears/sadness, and Tears in time, space or dimensions (related to the floating sections?)
I hope they don't bring back the weapons breaking every 2 minutes.
Could have used a title tour of features and locals for those of us who hated BotW. Really hoping they fixed this games short comings, otherwise I might just skip it. First time I've done that in the franchises 35 year long history.
Anyway, guess we should be expecting that switch 2 announcement in 3 to 6 months. Unless they plan on launching the game along side the system a mounth or two late like they did with twilight.
Don't know if I'll make it through all those farming RPG's by then...
I think it was never officially called "Breath of the Wild 2"
...
So hyped right now, i guess we know the GOTY now next year.
@Enigk Maybe? Who knows with Nintendo?
I guess it is probably about time to playing through BOTW on Switch. Played it on Wii U but have been putting it off. No better time than now to start though.
Tears as in crying or Tears like ripping?
@NorrinRadd I know. This looks awesome and I know remakes over and over can be obnoxious but wind waker gets a pass, it’s a magical game. Twilight princess I give no grief either.
We'd have to hear the actual spoken pronunciation of the title to understand more.
I see lots of people referencing 'Tears' as in teardrops, but I actually think it refers to Tears as in when something 'tears apart'- as in Skyloft & Hyrule and maybe even also Lorule (Upper, Middle, Lower Worlds perhaps).
Also give us a fully functional fun Loftwing to glide around the world in! And please give us Ganondorf and/or Demise and maybe some sub-villains along the way like Vaati, Zant, Ghirahim and/or some new characters- screw the calamity wisp final boss.
... Wun can only hope.
Tbh I don't want hyrule again just give us Link is traveling far away. It would be fun and refreshing to see new set of characters/final boss.
But I think they already said it was just a changed Hyrule, so sad, meh.
Great title name, cause as far as i can see.. all they do is cry these days haha.
@mariomaster96
I honestly thought maybe Princess Peach/Toadstool was finally getting the title of 'Queen' in the Mushroom Kingdom this Direct and that's why.
... Wun can only hope.
@Serpenterror What last Zelda collection didn't sell well? The GameCube one was never even sold in stores, you had to renew a magazine subscription to get it. AFAIK, no Zelda collection has ever had a retail release.
This is all I wanted to know. Honestly nothing else in the Direct bothered me that much.
Overall, a terrible Direct.
No Windwaker and Twilight Princess
No Skyrim Anniversary Edition
No Batman Arkham collection
No Metroid Prime HD
No F-Zero
Resident Evil cloud versions are an insult
Goldeneye is just a N64 version, not a remake
Gazillion farming games - how many do gamer girls need? They all look the same
Atelier Ryza 3 is cool, but again, looks pretty much identical to all other Atelier games
Tears of the Kingdom - just a title reveal. For all I care, it could be called Tingle's Buttcheeks. And I would still buy it. Give us gameplay. The title means nothing, really.
@NorrinRadd yeah I really want that on my switch so I can play it in bed... Sadly the rumors are still false for now.
It's funny to me how the original BotW2 trailer made the game feel like it would be in a cave underground, but everything since then has been oriented toward the sky. Was this a shift in development? Or maybe both settings feature prominently but they're holding back on showing too much of the underground setting?
some speculate it is not tears as in crying but tears like when you rip something
@fenlix that’s how I felt too, I mean the game is 8 months away and all we got is that much gameplay? But I know they are just waiting for a big Zelda focused direct for more info, still..
The name either implies some grief or some sort of rupture. Also I noticed Death Mountain seems to be erupting with malice.
this game comes out in may so still plenty of time for those switch zelda ports wind waker and tp to come to the switch by christmas..
If we don't get a Direct showing proper dungeons and equipment upgrades I'm absolutely going to...still buy it day one because I'm an idiot, but I won't be happy about it.
so not understand why the game was pushed back 2 more months they have been developing this game since 2019..
nintendo needs to clarify what the name means is it tears as in crying or tears like a rift..
@dojmin
Everything in your list above Resident Evil was just rumor and nothing confirmed from Nintendo. You only have yourself to blame for that disappointment.
@sketchturner
Honestly, I'd feel more excited about this game if they stuck to the underground themes (or if they are part of the game in any meaningful way, put more emphasis on them). The floating islands and the techniques being showcased for navigating them over the past couple trailers look kind of tacky and out of place, in my opinion.
I wouldn't be surprised if parts of the development team feel similarly, which might be contributing to the several years of release delays for this game, as the director has been sticking to the sky idea but trying to make it more natural feeling and fun to navigate or something. Probably also why they released the HD version of Skyward Sword a while ago (wanting more practice in sky/island development concepts), while the much coveted Wind Waker and Twilight Princess ports are still nowhere to be seen.
@Bluscope he has to gall after the direct to still think the zelda ports will still be released this year
remember in the first trailer when link went through the teleporter it looked like a tear..
Callin’ it now: this is gonna be a trilogy.
This will be a darker chapter ad in Majora’s mask, and the ending may leave more foreshadowing about yet another sequel
@TrixieSparkle Yeah, thus far, nothing we've been shown has me thinking the sky aspect will add anything exciting to the game. I hope I'm wrong. But with how much I disliked Skyward Sword, it's hard not to feel apprehensive.
@KishinLink Said the same thing, proper feels like it could end up being a trilogy to me. Although I don't fancy waiting another 6 years haha!
I'd really love to see a complete reinvention of the Zelda setting. I think it would be awesome to see the characters and series jump forward to a futuristic timeline with advanced tech etc. Something slightly cyberpunk or Aeon Flux-ish.
What a strange localization choice. Tears (crying) or Tears (rips, like tears in time)? I'd never use this word in a game title, especially where both seem reasonable.
I really enjoyed everything we got to see in the trailer and the long wait is proving to be worth it. I can just imagine the countless unique areas that can be accessed in the sky and perhaps down below. This game has quite a bit of potential. I am pretty excited.
I hate that you're forced once again to play as a man and unable to play as Zelda, an actual empowered female character
"Nintendo has finally announced real title for the game formerly known as The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild 2 — say hello to The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, launching on 12th May 2023."
(suggestion of a different version of this part of this article: Nintendo has an authorized title for the game formerly known as The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild 2 (The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, launching 12th May 2023))
I'm so ready for this, so ready that I might just break rule 1a of the Community Rules.
Tears of the Kingdom is going to be an 11/10, change my mind.
Well I am now almost positive this is the the same timeline of A Link to the Past and we are witnessing the separation of Hyrule from Lorule.
Looks incredible. The rest of this year is already stacked for Switch and 2023 is looking promising as well.
Wow what a "Zelda dump". Rumor spreaders should go put their heads in the sand.
@scoobdoo oooh, be careful with that one....
Also it releasing in May does bring us to the 6 year age mark for the Switch, I would not be surprised if a next gen Switch releases either before or alongside it. Of course being Nintendo they will milk the holiday season for their current hardware.
Nice we got a title, but that trailer revealed even less about the game than the previous one.
Unpopular opinion, I'm sure, but I'm glad they didn't announce WWHD and TPHD. Like, for me, enough is enough already. We've already had those games on 3 consoles each. If they're going to spend resources on Zelda games that aren't new stories, at least let's see some different remasters and remakes. I'd take A Link to the Past HD or a nice HD remake of the original Legend of Zelda before I'd spend any money on WW or TP again. I hope they never get ported honestly, because I'd much prefer them working on new remakes or straight up new games. Just my opinion of course. Can't wait for Tears of the Kingdom!
I have "tears" myself at an actual release date and a name. Yes! LoZ is probably my fav gaming series so I am down.
I'm excited. I also didn't even think twice about the meaning of Tears in the name and how it could not actually mean teardrops (which I automatically assumed). Though looking at the title, it says "Tears of the Kingdom" which sounds a bit more like it would mean crying tears. I suspect "Tears in a/the Kingdom" would sound more like actual rips of some sort in the kindgom
I just wanted to touch on the whether or not ports of Wind Waker HD and Twilight Princess HD exist. I am not saying I take complete stock in rumors or speculation. I am not saying I absolutely believe they exist. I will say I can't say for sure they don't and can't say for sure if any of the folks reporting the rumors are lying. It could be a case that they were actually told by a credible source and unfortunately, plans changed.
The date of my purchase is directly contingent upon the presence of Beedle in this game.
If I am forced to look at the haircut again, I will wait Aonuma-san out on this as long as it takes. Even if the Nintendo Selects version isn't released for years and years. Down with the filthy peddler! This game features much danger due to long drops...
First advance Wars, now this name announcement in the middle of the United Kingdom mourning. Nintendo sure has bad luck with timing this year
@Grumblevolcano So....about that new hardware launch to go with BotW2................
I mean, sure it's Nintendo they can stealth drop a new platform between now and then, but that seems very unlikely at present.
@Debo626
Wind Waker only ever released twice. Once on Gamecube, and then the HD version on Wii U. (2002/2003 and 2013, respectively).
While your statement is technically correct for Twilight Princess having three versions, that had a Breath of the Wild situation where it was developed and subsequently released on two consoles initially. It has only released twice. Once in 2006, and the HD version in 2017. (Although if one is to be very technical, it's not correct to say three versions, either, as there was a China-exclusive release on the Nvidia shield in 2017, the same year everyone else got the HD version on Wii U).
Given the Wii U was a commercial flop so the HD versions do not exist for most people, the last time the average consumer has had an opportunity to play Wind Waker was nearly 20 years ago. It will soon predate all existing children and teenagers. Twilight Princess is quickly approaching the same age range.
In other words, both of them would be completely new games for the primary target demographic.
I understand the desire for the development of truly completely new games, however. Lacking that, it would still be nice to have access to the games that are already established to be good.
@NEStalgia,
Called it ages ago, next Switch will be late 2024 early 2025 at the earliest, but watch this fuel yet another round of Switch Pro rumors.
@Lizuka Totally agree with you. As a lifelong fan since the original Zelda, I know I will play this, but I wasn't a huge fan of BotW. Call me old fashioned, but I prefer traditional Zelda structure starting with Link to the Past.
@johnvboy I think anyone with a bit of sense and Nintendo history saw that.... but.... there was a least a compelling argument from Grumble about the BotW2 timing. That's well and out the window now though
(Again, unless Nintendo pulls a Nintendo and proves us wrong and announces in March Switch 2 is dropping in May with BotW2....which isn't the most un-nintendo thing for Nintendo to do, but I still don't expect it)
REUSED ASSETS: THE GAME SERIES
Seriously. That might as well be a BOTW trailer. C'mon.
@NEStalgia,
Whatever you do.... don't hold your breath for a Switch 2 coming next year.
@AtlanteanMan There were 7 tears around that mysterious figure. I’m guessing there will be 7 main dungeons this time. They definitely emphasized that part of the trailer.
@UmbreonsPapa Whatever the “tears” are there’s seven of them around that figure. They are shaped like tears so it’s pretty safe to assume that’s what the title is referencing.
@Jokerwolf,
I think you will find the existing Switch hardware, will still be the current hardware when Zelda 2 launches, with the obligatory Zelda themed OLED Switch of course.
@Tempestryke Everyone is screaming Zelda and Metroid and Nintendo give us Kirby instead. It's like they are toying with everyone.
I guess yay! But was secretly hoping for a little more game play than that.
Tears of the kingdom? Can’t say I see that giving away much.
And Jeff Grub… I was expecting to be disappointed so kudos to you and your source I guess
Amazing!
I dont know why, but after seeing this and the older trailer, i have a feeling it will be a fusion of Skyward sword + Botw together with Twilight princes (seeing the sword in the title)
Looks amazing
Back to Skyloft? Neat. At some point they made tech birds to fly, wonder what happened to the birds?
Looking forward to this!
@johnvboy Of course not. Switch Pro has to launch first. Duh!
@BloodNinja So what's your NINJA APPROVED take on Majora's Mask? I mean, it's got reused assets, so it obviously sucks, right? Baffling take.
@Bret Fanboys gotta fanboy. Of course it's a bad game, because modern gaming has overtaken it in every single way. Also funny that you're defending Nintendo's garbage with a spinoff and not a main release. Unless Tears of the Kingdom is a spinoff, in which case who cares.
@BloodNinja,
I am guessing they are using the same in game graphics engine as in Breath of the wild, but far to soon and not very much shown to make a proper judgement, will wait for some more info and in game footage before I decide.
@BloodNinja In what way is Majora's Mask a spinoff lmao the take just gets wilder
@johnvboy Definitely looks to be so!
@BloodNinja You clearly have no idea what a spinoff or a bad game is.
@Bret It's totally a spinoff. I'm not consoling your pain about it. Cope.
@BloodNinja Man, I'm so bummed you won't be consoling me from the "pain" of playing one of my all time favorite games.
@mrMike No. Bad. I know that nostalgia goggles blinds most of the fanbase. It's impossible to even have the discussion without people getting emotional trauma that someone doesn't like their favorite thing.
@BloodNinja
Elden Ring reused assets as well. You might as well argue that all From Software games looks the same because they kind of do.
And when Zelda TotK releases, it will have been just as long in development if not longer.
We still haven't seen almost anything about this game, but since it's been longer in development than even BotW, it must be huge since the team doesn't need to create everything from scratch.
@Bret Like I said, some people like bad games. You do you, just don't get in my face because I don't like your favorite thing.
@Cia Elden Ring reused tons of assets, yes. I would criticize it for the same sin, but that would be off-topic, now wouldn't it
@BloodNinja,
Not so sure why this would be an issue, as long as we get a new story/locations etc. I mean it's pretty obvious by now the current Switch is here for a while yet so the game is bound to use similar visuals etc, and if it follows on from Breath of the wild would be far less jarring than a total new look.
Majora's mask is a perfect example of this and seems to mirror this latest sequel, Zelda 64 was a great game and Majora's mask used similar visuals but cast a much darker look and tone to proceedings, many see it as a better game than Zelda 64.
@BloodNinja This isn't me getting mad you don't like a game I do, I couldn't possibly give a damn if you had played it and hated it. It's about how you have zero ability to recognize what a spinoff is and how you seem to automatically write off games if they reuse the same character model from the previous game.
@BloodNinja,
Like you say nostalgia is a potent drug, but following up from Breath of the wild, and giving you more is only ever a good thing in my eyes.
I still boot up the original and marvel at it's scale and scope, and I bet there are places in it's world I have still not visited.
@johnvboy I guess it wouldn't be an issue if it didn't basically look identical to the first game. I would be interested in seeing if they do anything to differentiate it from BOTW, but right now I'm not seeing it.
@Bret Hey bro, I already said not to get in my face because I don't like your favorite game. Take a mint and cool off. If you didn't care, you wouldn't be replying to me so much.
@BloodNinja
I doubt you would critize Elden Ring. You're just as much From Software fanboy as the people you blame are Nintendo fans. Of course everyone always say something like "I'm not a fan I just enjoy that..." or something, but it's pretty much exactly the same thing.
Can't we just be happy there's so many good games on the market already and upcoming? As for me, I enjoy both Zelda and Soulsborne, although my inner Nintendo child prefers the former.
And I'm sure this next chapter won't disappoint.
Edit: I believe people get upset because you say this sequel which is not even out yet is a bad game. It's VERY unlikely. This is the biggest game Nintendo has ever made. And as stated before, we've barely seen anything.
@Cia I criticize it all the time. Vocally. On the Steam forums. Where it's on topic
Mainly because I'm not emotionally attached to the games I like, and I can recognize what they do well and what they don't nail.
Anyway, this BOTW trailer is definitely reeking of reused assets. I also think it's funny that their best idea they put forward is that weird platform elevator/climbing thing. Not sure what's going on, there.
@johnvboy I still think this generation is only going to be 6 years, while Nintendo is never the top of the hardware battle it still needs to be able to play modern games. Less and leas games will come out for it as we move away from PS4 and Xbox One.
May seems like a good time to release a new console especially if it is 100% backwards compatible then no one will bat an eye.
@BloodNinja
It's a different thing to critisize a game you've played compared to one that isn't even out yet.
Taking into account how big this game has to be, and not just by the size of the world but for all the new gameplay mechanics etc., the short trailers we've seen cannot be enough to conclude that the game is bad.
It's just common sense, since there is simply way too much we don't know about the game yet
It is honestly surreal to me that we actually have a name and date for this game! Waiting 9 months will be tough, but it’s all going to be SO worth it!
@Cia Might want to hop over to this article and tell everyone that's talking about it there, then:
https://www.nintendolife.com/news/2022/09/talking-point-what-did-you-think-of-the-september-2022-nintendo-direct
@BloodNinja It’s a power that saves the kinectic states previously recorded while the power was first activated, and then it rewinds the states on second activation.
From what I can tell by the trailers and the known gameplay patents
@Antraxx777 It sounds wayyyy cooler than the way it was portrayed in the trailer, thats for sure!
Have to be honest. If the new weapon break thing is still a thing on this one, im not so excited. Just dont understand why they design it like that. Alot more fun like in zelda ALTTP etc..
@Stubborn_Monkey "The Legend of Zelda: The Touch of My Hand"
Now, seriously, Breath of the Wild is a nice sandbox game but disappointed me as a The Legend of Zelda game so I'm not excited about what I'm seeing in spite of being a The Legend of Zelda huge fan since 1998 (Ocarina of Time). Of course, I'll play it but...
@Jokerwolf,
Those games you mention do not sell well on the Switch, so the fact it does not play them is moot, yes I would like a more powerful Switch, which will come at some point... just not convinced it will be before late 2024 early 2005, as the current models still have a great deal of momentum.
And let's be honest here, most of the triple AAA third party stuff is already tied into deals with Sony and Microsoft, and has gotten even more tied with these massive buy outs by Microsoft, and as a gamer I would be far more worried about games loke call of duty coming out on the Playstation rather than the Switch.
Going forward I feel Nintendo will keep with the Switch brand and the Switch 2 will get revealed just like the OLED, and marketed like the latest i Phone etc.
At last the first true Switch Zelda! (I still consider BOTW a wiiU game as I waited 5 years for it to release on that console, in the same way that I consider twilight princess a gamecube game).
anyone who has been following the Switch 2/Pro/4k whatever you want to call it train knows this is exactly the window when it's dropping. when they actually show the game in-depth we'll see it running on the new hardware. my money is on them dropping on the same day, makes too much sense.
@Nintendo_Alski Breath of the Wild is a Wii U game, indeed. In Iwata Asks, they revealed that they delayed the game one year while they were porting it to Swich, removing the cool Wii U features in the process.
@johnvboy It is still a big possibility in 2023. We will have to wait, and beyond pokemon and zelda I do not want to invest more on the Switch until I know Switch 2 is backwards compatible.
@Jokerwolf,
I would be very surprised if it was not, and pretty sure there may be upgrades for existing software to run better on the new hardware.
@Jokerwolf It's quite likely that they release it along with Tears of the Kingdom.
@Enigk Well they did say it was Kirby's 30th Anniversary, so it makes sense to give that franchise something. And we did get Metroid Dread not too long ago, which is pretty special.
@TrixieSparkle I hear and understand your points but disagree.
WW was playable on GC as well as on Wii, via backward compatibility. TP, same deal. Both are available on Wii U. 3 consoles, even if it's not 3 versions. 3 console player-bases got to play those games.
Want what you want, by all means, and please don't take my comment as saying my opinion is objective truth, because I do feel this is a matter of opinion. But for me, for my opinion, I'm tired of those games, tired of them instead of others being ported and port-begged, and ready for something different. Ideally, for me, something other than another "formula" Zelda, which I'm TBH quite sick of at this point. That's why I'd prefer new games (like TotK) and remakes of games that haven't been remade yet. Like even though ALttP is a "formula" game, it's never been reworked or remastered, so I'd happily buy it. Also any of the handheld exclusive games (Oracles, ALbW, etc.) would also be preferable to me over WW and TP. As someone who did have a Wii U, I feel slightly "why should I have to have the same games again (instead of different ones) because someone else skipped the Wii U, like that's not my problem."
Again, I understand everyone wants different things. But to me, I've had quite enough of those games and want something new, bad enough to want specifically those games to never come to Switch, or at least not before others in the series.
Peace and have a nice day.
I hope they implement a new mechanic to force us use more than 1 weapon in the game. Maybe not weapon breaking again, but something alike that would not annoy anyone.
As for the title. Did Nintendo predict Queen Elizabeth's death? The timing on this one sounds like a really strange coincidence. Apparently Nintendo had the title in some reddit account a week ago.
P.S. Thank god no WW or TP. I'm tired of those games and their formulaic nature. I'm glad Nintendo gave Zelda series an open world rebirth so it can compete and beat other AAA games of today.
If I'm being honest, this doesn't do much to excite me. As time goes on, my excitement for this game dwindles more and more. You can only show Link diving off a cliff into the sky so many times...
It also looks so similar to BotW that it comes across as a glorified DLC expansion. At this point, dungeons are the deal breaker for me. I'm not even going to play it if it's just BotW 2.0; full of shrine puzzles, Koroks, Bokoblins and Lizalfos. The sky gimmick doesn't do it for me and that really seems to be the selling point unfortunately. If the next trailer doesn't show off something that REALLY sets it apart from BotW, then I think all my hype will be gone.
@Dinglehopper
You think they spent a longer time developing a DLC than any other Zelda game in history including BotW?
It's not gonna be the same. It's just impossible.
@Cia I mean...they still haven't shown anything that really makes it feel any different. The sky gimmick isn't all that special, especially considering Skyward Sword exists.
My point is that nothing shown off so far sets it apart from BotW that much. It even takes place in the same Hyrule. If the next trailer doesn't showcase something more unique, my hype is out the window. I won't be able to stand playing TotK if I have to essentially fight against hordes of Bokoblins, Moblins, and Lizalfos again. I also don't want to deal with breakable weapons, Koroks, and shrine puzzles...AGAIN.
These trailers that last 50 seconds that showcase barely anything aren't making me more excited for this game. For a game that's been so long in development, you'd think they would have more to show by now? Like, how am I supposed to be excited for this anymore?
"It's not gonna be the same. It's just impossible."
How do you even know that? In the like, 4 years we've known about this game, nothing noteworthy has been shown.
I'm happy we finally have a title/date but a little hurt that it's in May 2023. Was hoping for a little sooner, the wait is going to be brutal
It's been 15 months since the last trailer, and this one shows just as much as last time? Is that meant to be normal?
finally, we have a release date but lets not gets our hopes up because they could push it back a month, but id rather have a game with no bugs than a rushed game with many bugs plus i think we all hopes this lives up to botW standards
@Dinglehopper well this is TotK not skyward sword plus this is a new game on new hardware
@Dinglehopper
They don't want to spoil too much or other developers start copying their ideas immediately.
I wouldn't worry too much about the fact that not much has been shown. I'm sure they have a lot of new tricks in their sleeve.
That "lift" Link uses in the trailer is probably just a rock that has fallen from some floating island. Reversing time of that item allows him to ride up with it, then.
Hey guys you see that instrument-looking thing (Can't recall the name) on Link's hip?
It kinda reminds me of the ocarina from OoT. Any thoughts?
Super hyped up for TLoZ TotK
I've cleared my schedule from May.
@BlackMayge That's very subjective and you're entitled to that opinion. To me, it IS the best game ever created and you cannot change my mind simply by saying it 'isn't'.
The single wish I had for this Nintendo Direct was granted! I'm suitably hyped. Definite highlight of the presentation for me.
@MetaRyan A translation of the Japanese title should be able to clear up the the “tears” debate.
Last year, Nintendo filed several patents for Breath of the Wild 2 for the following features:
1. Time-reversing objects
2. Phasing through the ground or ceiling
3. Skydiving and aerial bow combat
Time-reversing objects has been seen in both the E3 2021 trailer (where Link time-reverses a rolling boulder back toward enemy creatures) and in this Sep 2022 trailer (where Link time-reverses a giant falling boulder back into the sky).
Phasing through objects was very briefly shown in the E3 2021 trailer (where Link phases through a floating island from the ground). It should play a prominent role in the game as the patent extensively describe this mechanic as both a method of traversal and a way to solve puzzles.
Skydiving has obviously been shown quite extensively in both the E3 2021 and Sep 2022 trailers, while aerial bow combat hasn't been shown in any trailers at all. I'm very interested in seeing this for the first time, as the patent also extensively describes this mechanic, going so far as to provide detailed button controls on how aerial bow combat will function while falling or skydiving.
@Dinglehopper Yes, if it's taking over 10 years to develop a Pikmin game, 6 years to develop BotW DLC2 makes sense.
The most exciting part of the Direct (alongside Pikmin 4)
I hope we get full-lenght gameplay showcases soon, because if it's going to be this big, then it already deserves a pre-release coverage, just like BoTW had since June 2016.
It's an emotional title for what is looking like a real wonder, speaks a lot about the ambition of the story this time.
@TMNHertl I’m not here to change your mind. I’m glad you had an amazing experience playing the game. I wouldn’t take that away from anyone, similarly to how I find The Last of Us the greatest game ever made. Hopefully, with Tears of the Kingdom, I can find the sense of love and joy for that game the way many people like yourself did with BoTW.
Botw 2? Yes please! “Link’s massive adventure starting again”? Hell yes please! Super hyped for this one.
@russell-marlow
There are four mainline titles that use "Link" in the title...
@Banjo-
Zelda is a top series for Nintendo unlike Pikmin. You can't compare their development times.
@ModdedInkling Well, Skyward Sword was the most recent title compared to those that may have not too deep stories. And using "Sky" in the title would sound a bit generic now since I'm pretty sure the title hints at the main theme of the game, probably lore-wise and also related to how you travel between worlds.
in a few more years there will be probably be an expansion called farts of the kingdom.
Regarding the question around the tears (rips) vs. tears (crying) question, I'm pretty sure it's the latter. Grammatically you wouldn't say the rips 'of' something as much as 'in' something, so it would be more like Tears in the Kingdom if it was the former. Tears 'of' implies crying (of as in deriving from) just like 'Breath of'.
@Cia Yes, The Legend of Zelda is a top IP for Nintendo and for me. It used to be my favourite video game IP until Breath of the Wild happened.
Retire link. Give me a new protagonist.
@russell-marlow
Between Worlds? A Tear Between Worlds.
I honestly don't think there were any guidelines involved with the naming conventions. Nintendo could've easily put the word "sky" and have no repercussions. As a matter of fact, it would be extra marketing material when you give players a game that may or may not be related to the upcoming new game.
@Banjo-
You have a right to not like the game, but if Zelda had never went the open world route with all the new innovations, the series would no longer be able to compete with other AAA action adventure games.
BotW is one of the highest rated games of all time, like it or not. To me and many others it's the best game out there for now and probably until Tears of the Kingdom releases.
It was never known as BotW2.
And now, luckily, people will also stop referring to it as such.
@Cia "BotW is one of the highest rated games of all time. "
Yes, and many people think it's the most overrated game ever.
"You have a right to not like the game."
Obviously. And as I said, it used to be my favourite video games IP, so I have every right to be disappointed. Let us respect each other's opinions and continue our lives 😊.
@Banjo-
All the greatest games have their share of haters calling the favorites overrated. BotW is not an exception.
@Pod
Yeah, that annoyed me. It's the same thing almost every time. Majora's Mask was first known as Ocarina of Time 2. Then Twilight Princess was Wind Waker 2. And Skyward Sword was Twilight Princess 2. Don't they ever learn?
@Cia I'm not a hater, as I said twice, it used to be my favourite video games IP. Let's accept that many The Legend of Zelda fans don't love Breath of the Wild already. It's not surprising because Breath of the Wild is not a proper The Legend of Zelda game. Why does it bother you so much? You should be happy that this open-world sandbox is getting an apparently similar sequel. Just let Zelda fans prefer whatever they prefer, it doesn't need to be Breath of the Wild or Tears of the Kingdom. It can be any other Zelda game, that are similarly rated, in between.
@BloodNinja lmao I said I don't care if you like it or not, but I give up, you're obviously not too big on actually reading what I'm saying
If we can interact with the fields and skies of Hyrule it will be very difficult to beat this game on GOTY in 2023, the open world would be huge and Link's new runes/abilities look so powerful, I hope this game is as dark as it looks.
Tears of the United Kingdom, after the death of their Queen
As much as I love the new sequel, feels like nothing compared to the feeling of first time watching or playing botw. Maybe it's because the sequel is more like "official dlc" I guess, rather than a brand new game. But I still hope someday in the future nintendo gonna make something magical like botw
@Bret You care enough to keep replying ffs!
@BloodNinja because I cared about THE OTHER THING I'M TALKING ABOUT that you keep ignoring in your replies lmao dude please
@sketchturner
It is possible that the underground area from the E3 2019 teaser only appears in cutscenes, and the actual game takes place above ground and in the skies. It's also possible Nintendo simply hasn't shown off any underground gameplay since (let's be honest) they haven't shown off that much of the game in general and are choosing to hide a lot of things.
Personally, I'd be surprised if underground areas were completely absent from actual gameplay.
@TrixieSparkle
Nintendo didn't work on Skyward Sword HD at all - Tantaulus did. And its not like that would even matter since Skyward Sword HD has no new content whatsoever.
@Banjo-
OK let's accept the original Zelda is not a "proper" Zelda game either then. Actually, Zelda 2 can't be a proper Zelda either because its formula is completely alien to the rest of the series.
If Nintendo was still making Zelda games in the vein of Ocarina of Time, they wouldn't be much of competition to true open world games such as RDR 2 or Elden Ring. People would laugh the series off, not counting some fans of the old games.
To evoke sense of adventure has always been in the core of Zelda experience. I didn't awe the dungeons when I was playing OOT back in the day. The most awesome place was Hyrule Field. And BotW was almost all about that.
BotW and now TotK are simply evolving where the series was always meant to evolve.
Edit: And by the way, if you close your eyes from the vocal hater base from gaming sites and look at the facts, BotW is the best selling and second-best rated Zelda game ever.
@Cia But I don't care about that. I mean, I respect it but it's not necessarily what I think. Reviews don't mean anything, they're opinions. I like some open-world games so it's nothing against that. To name another Wii U title, Xenoblade Chronicles X. I really loved that game with a similar open-world approach. Breath of the Wild disappointed me in every regard except for the lighting and physics, very good for a Wii U game. I say Wii U game because it's a Wii U game that was ported to Switch once it was finished according to Iwata Asks. Of course, many people love BotW but I and others don't. And there are many reasons why (I have written them a thousand times).
Funny that you mention Ocarina of Time, which is the best-rated game ever, because I replayed the PC port recently (on Wii U) and I loved every moment I spent playing it, until I completed everything, once again. Everything about Ocarina of Time is perfect: the story and the way that is told, the dungeons, the character development, the music and the gameplay. That, Majora's Mask and Twilight Princess are my three favourites while Breath of the Wild and Skyward Sword are my least liked Zelda 3D games (but SS is still better). The Wind Waker is in the middle because of the tiny islands and boring exploration but has better dungeons and characters that the other two. I could replay and enjoy the first three every now and then, even The Wind Waker, but I don't feel like replaying the other two. I guess that your favourite is Breath of the Wild. Let's agree to disagree 👍.
EDIT: I did a random search and I found this article. It's interesting to read other people's opinions, especially about a game that has got as much praise and glaring reviews as BotW, to see why other people disagree and think that it's the most overrated game in the series. It's a very interesting article, written with knowledge. And with this article I say goodbye for a little while.
https://www.destructoid.com/breaking-down-why-breath-of-the-wild-is-highly-overrated/
@ModdedInkling Honestly, "A Tear between Worlds" sounds way better than what we got for "Tears of the Kingdom" as the final name for the title.
You should be hired to come up with better names for games than Nintendo does
@Banjo-
Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask are among my favorite games of all time as well. I would not add any other 3d Zelda to the list, though, except BotW.
As for that article, sure there are opinions. Try googleing "Ocarina of Time is overrated" and you get a million results...
It tends to happen more with better games for reasons. If you take some mediocre game with average score of 70 or something, people seem to complain less.
If reviews do not matter let's just start buying games with metascore of max 20. Suddenly the critics are right. Actually, I wouldn't trust any single reviewer either, but that's why the aggregators such as metacritic and open critic exist.
The only thing that has no value are user reviews, since randoms always score games as either 10 or 0 and it's possible to contribute a score without playing the game.
Real critics have experience all over the board which leads to better understanding and tastes + they have to play the games through instead of dropping them after 5 minutes.
@Cia Of course a game ranked 20/100 by most reviewers is very bad but that doesn't mean that reviews objectively rank games either. What score would Breath of the Wild got if it wasn't a Zelda or a Nintendo game? I mean, exactly the same game but with different names. A Ubisoft game. Actually, there is a Ubisoft game that's better than BotW but didn't get the same worship. Why Nintendo and Sony games tend to be overrated (looking at you, The Last of Us)? That's what I mean about reviews meaning nothing.
Have you read the article? It's excellent and talks about all the Zelda 3D games. At least, we agree about Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask 👍.
@Bret If you don't care, why do you keep replying to me bro? Let it go man, you're getting weird over someone disliking your favorite thing.
@BloodNinja Is it fun to play this obtuse character? Let me know when you want to actually talk about what constitutes spinoffs and the merits of reusing character models. You know, the thing I said I cared about.
Not whether or not you like Majora's Mask, which isn't the point of what I'm saying at all, and is not something I care about no matter how many times you say I do.
@Bret LOZ MM is a spinoff, end of discussion, really! I'd be happier not talking, but you keep replying to me to show me how much you care!
@BloodNinja Not only is Majora's Mask considered canon by it's creators and the vast majority of the fanbase (as well as the Hyrule Historia), it is also a direct sequel to Ocarina of Time. Clearly, it is not a spinoff.
Majora's Mask stars the same protagonist from the other mainline games, maintains all of the previous gameplay elements, and has traditional dungeons.
Just because you don't like Majora's Mask, doesn't make it a spinoff or a bad game.
@mrMike Majora's Mask is a masterpiece.
@mrMike I don't think the creators input is really that valid on the topic.
@Cia Well, I won't keep my hopes up too much out of fear of disappointment, but I truly hope you're right. I hope they're just withholding a lot of information right now and are saving it for a TotK-focused Direct or something.
I want this to be an amazing game! One that surpasses the original BotW in almost every aspect. The Zelda series is my favorite game series of all time so I want new entries to be memorable and fun! I REALLY enjoyed the original BotW, but I didn't want the next mainline entry to be a repeat, that's all.
I think my excitement dropping for this game is more so from the drip-feed information xD I guess we'll just have to wait and see!
@BloodNinja you think your opinion on whether the game is canon or not is more valid than Nintendo's?
@Bret Pretty much! It determines if I buy their crappy game, or not! You've been replying to me for like 33 days, are you gonna give it a rest, yet? I thought you didn't care -_-
@BloodNinja Are you really that unwilling to read an entire three lines of text? I'll spell it out for you again.
The thing I DO care about and why I keep replying:
Your ideas on what constitutes a spinoff and why you think reusing assets makes a game not worth playing.
The thing I DO NOT care about:
Whether you enjoy Majora's Mask or not.
Then why do you keep replying to me if you do not care?
@Crono1973 yeah it makes sense though that they would release them prior to it because there's going to be lots of Zelda fervor going on and people with download it and pay extra money for it.
On the other hand I just said something that would actually make sense and Nintendo is not known for doing things that make sense... 🧐🧐🧐
