It's been announced that Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes has now surpassed 1 million units shipped worldwide, marking a significant milestone for the latest entry from developers Omega Force and Team Ninja.

The achievement encompasses sales across physical and digital formats, though it's currently not known what the sales split is across the various territories. What's noteworthy, however, is the milestone has seemingly been reached much quicker than the game's predessecor, Fire Emblem Warriors, which reached 1 million units shipped roughly 7 months after its launch in September 2017. Three Hopes, on the other hand, launched a little less than 2 months ago in June 2022 (with no 3DS version, either!).

To celebrate the milestone, a pretty swanky PC wallpaper is being gifted which depicts all characters from each class in the game. You can download the image via the above Twitter thread.

In our review of the game, we noted that the game "improves upon its 2017 predecessor in several ways, most notably in providing a far more engaging story featuring a narrative that's ripe for several replays", awarding it a score of 9/10.

If you want to try before you buy, of course, you can download a demo of Three Hopes from the eShop right now.
