We've got a very exciting week coming up in the world of Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. October 5th will see the reveal of the very final DLC fighter for the game - bringing an end to the long journey that originally began in December 2018.

Speculation has gone into overdrive in recent weeks, and while at this stage anything could be a hint, there are still some who don't necessarily approve of the internet's theories about who the final fighter might be.

While you would think Nintendo would be tired of the requests and predictions at this point, it seems the official Japanese Smash Bros. Twitter account is now actively encouraging fans to share their predictions - calling for them to let their imaginations "run wild" ahead of the final reveal. Notably, this latest message also mentions how the release date of the fighter will be announced during this 40-minute broadcast. While this isn't exactly surprising, it's reassuring to know we'll be finding out everything we need to know on the day.
