Another week of 2021 goes zipping by like a zippy thing in Zippy Mode — a zip, for instance — and we can but look back on the events of the past seven days as events dropped into the fast-flowing river of Time. Treasured memories, like that time when some Nintendo fan turned their N64 into a Switch, or when the Special Edition Pokémon Dialga & Palkia Nintendo Switch Lite was announced — remember that? What about the time when Brendan Fraser was playing his Switch before meeting a fan over Zoom? All those moments lost in time, like tears in rain...
After a busy week it's time to chill out and discuss our weekend gaming plans. A few members of the Nintendo Life team have done just that below, so feel free to give our entries a read and then join in with your own via our comment section. Enjoy!

This weekend I am review-free for the first time in a while, so I'm going to go back to my long-term project: The House In Fata Morgana. Also, Minecraft. I'm making a cottagecore village; the latest addition is a Cartographer's House that's more of a Hobbit Hole kind of thing. I'm really proud of it — it's a shame it's not real and I can't live there.

Firstly, the WarioWare demo is very good and everyone should play it! I need to save some energy for the main game but it's put me in a Wario mood. I haven't replayed Wario Land 4 on GBA in well over a decade and I'm curious if it's as good as I remember. The GBA lacked a traditional Mario platformer to call its own, so Wario not only helped fill the void but gave us a bit of variety.
Sticking to older handhelds, I'll also be pulling out the DS, one of our projects next week on the video side relies a little bit on Another Code (Trace Memory in NA). Both Another Code and its Wii sequel Another Code R are incredibly underrated games, hopefully they can get a little more recognition over time.

I've got a fairly quiet weekend ahead of me, so I absolutely plan on continuing with Axiom Verge 2! Whether I get it done or not is kind of up in the air at the moment, but I'll give it a good shot. I'm also in the mood for a good horror title too, so I might boot up Little Nightmares, or possibly even Resident Evil for the billionth time.
I'm also kinda tempted to download No More Heroes ahead of the new entry, but I just remember trying it out back in 2007 and not liking it all that much. Hey, maybe it'll be different this time!

This weekend, I’ve got some odd plans. I recently really got back into… Super Mario Odyssey? I had previously beaten the game many moons ago (pun intended) - but still have a lot to collect, so I began playing it again last night out of boredom, and remembered it’s AMAZING. Definitely going to continue in the coming days.
I’ll also probably play the WarioWare demo to death - because it’s goddamn incredible. Lastly, I keep plugging away at Paper Mario: The Origami King, because it’s great and I’m only about halfway through (I think I’m subconsciously dragging it out so that it never ends). And there you have it — this weekend, I’ll be fully immersed in the Mario universe. Wahoo!

Hello. This weekend I’m gonna be blasting through a few different bits and pieces for review, including the return of the daddy of modern FPS shooters, Quake. It’s been a long time since I’ve gibbed and fragged my way around the dingy corridors of ID Software’s classic, so I’m hoping I don’t get beaten too badly once I’ve cleared the campaign chapters and hit up some frantic multiplayer action.
Elsewhere, if I get time, I’m gonna be diving into some more Axiom Verge 2. I absolutely adored the first game, for me one of the very best Metroidvanias on Switch, and so far this sequel is absolutely managing to live up to my heady expectations. I genuinely have no idea how Thomas Happ does it. Have a good weekend, whatever you’re up to or playing!
As always, thanks for reading! Make sure to leave us a comment below with your gaming choices over the next few days...

Apex legends, Pokemon unite, and It just Two more weeks.......Sonic colors will be mine, and thats all I will be playing.
Im playing the warioware demo and garden story which I would defo recommend if anyone’s on the fence about it!!
Almost done with Skyward sword HD, just got the last dungeon to do, so probably beating that this weekend, also I've only got 2 more dungeons to go in a link between worlds so might finish that, once i finish skyward sword gonna move on to link's awakening switch
This week I will be mostly playing
Skyward Sword HD
Wario Land 4
I just realized that I haven't played axiom verge prequel, funny I purchased it ages ago and didn't play it due to other games at the time. Now midway playing the sequel i stopped because of how good it was, then I booted up the prequel just to know more about where it all started before I continue with the part 2. Boy am I glad I did this, now it's all making sense to me why the game was rated so highly. This game is really damn good i confess.
Fighting of that boss.
I'm really late but Donkey Kong tropical freeze, what an amazing 2D game
Skyward sword
Also planning to replay warioware touched on my 3ds
I’ve been a bit stop-and-start with Skyward Sword HD but only due to being busy - have actually been really enjoying it, compared to a lacklustre experience with the Wii version. Will try to make some more progress!
Finishing up the original No More Heroes in preparation for the number 3 releasing next week! Beyond that I'm gonna play a little Shinobi and Alien Storm on my Astro City Mini.
Having a blast with NEO: TWEWY (currently on the second week). This past week I finally finished Octopath after having it since August 2018. It sadly was kept in and out of my backlog this whole time, but I really enjoyed it.
This weekend I'll probably start Great Ace Attorney and start chipping away at my backlog until WarioWare releases.
I'd like to keep trying to become 1st in PacMan 99 but close to giving up... I keep getting to top 10 and then I get killed by the sheer amount of red things everywhere! Any tips? What mode should I play on at that stage?
Other than that mostly WarioWare demo and Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 1 and 2.
Switch - WarioWare demo, and trying out Pokemon Unite!
PS5 - Ghost of Tsushima Director's Cut!
PC - Team Fortress 2 with friends!
Have a good weekend everyone.
This has been a really busy week for me, so it'll be nice to finally get back to Monster Hunter Stories 2, and play some Dead by Daylight with my friends. I hope everyone has a great weekend!
Maybe MH Rise or Hyrule Warriors Definitive Edition on the Switch front but mostly going to be playing on Xbox this weekend. Stuff like Halo 5 given its population will likely decrease a considerable amount if Halo Infinite releases this year.
Thanks to the glory that is the Sega Genesis / Mega Drive Collection, a friend and I are racing to complete Shining Force. Him for the first time, and me for the approximately billionth time in my life. He's totally winning because there's nothing I love more in life than tedious grinding in Shining Force games.
Still working on Three Houses. Finally got to the timeskip, enjoying it very much!
Quake! On Switch 😊
Skyward Sword HD and the Wario Ware demo
Love esquire
Skyward Sword HD
Monster Train First Class
MH Rise
Quake
Mk11
and on ps5 ghost of tsushima update/dlc
I’m doing a series of drawings based on levels from the classic Sonic games. I’ve gathered screenshots from 1 & 2 for reference so this weekend I’m going to play CD and 3&K to get screenshots for those too.
Finally finished FFVI, so I need something more action-based now. Donkey Kong Country Returns is really hitting the spot. It’s incredible how good it looks on 3DS - it’s honestly prettier than a lot of Switch first-party titles, especially with the 3D.
Focusing mainly on Monster Train (with a bit of World of Goo as well).
I've gotten back into Breath of the Wild recently. I'm hunting Hinoxes and Taluses for the Kilton medals, collecting any Korok seeds I find along the way.
@katiedawky1
Give peas a chance! 😆
For me, yesterday was one of the Switch's best days, with the announcement that Quake Remastered with online multiplayer was available on the Eshop for just over 7 quid. It's up there with the day that brought us the news Doom 1&2 were on the Eshop for less than a fiver. That was a great day. As was yesterday.
Rush Rally Origins - I really like it, although I've got a lot of practising to do. I'm not sure I'd describe it as an 'easy going racer' like the review did. The time trial online leaderboards will keep me occupied for many hours.
Wolfenstein 2 - I bought it last week and finished the main story yesterday. It ended a bit sooner than I expected it to but it seems like I've still got a fair bit left to do, with the Enigma Codes to decipher and assassinations to carry out. I loved every minute of the game. It's a long time since a video game had me as engrossed in the story as I was with W2.
Game Tengoku - Love it.
Wild Guns Reloaded - Love it too.
Rocket League - Like always. The new scheduled tournaments are great fun.
Foreclosed. Cool indie game in a cyberpunk type world.
I played Skylanders Spyro's Adventure PS3 since morning. 🙂
The Final Boss Kaos was a mess. 😒
He was cheating by using 3 Dark Skylanders 4 times. 🙄
I have to retry 4 times as the final showdown was very long and unskipable.
After recognized some trap pattern, I have kicked his butt to the Earth (has been sent by Hugo). 😁
Well, already two Skylanders games I have finished. It was okay for me but I think Swap Force was easier than Spyro's Adventure.
Will try to finish The Lion King/Aladdin on Switch and Banjo-Kazooie on n64.
The Surge 2. Rock hard Sci-Fi Dark Souls style game. Also getting into Octopath Traveler. Looks amazing but already seems a bit of a grind. I will continue though.
Working my way through axiom verge 2 😉😘
Super Mario 3D World and loving it
Mainly Final Fantasy X-2. I’m right at the end so want to try beat that! That’s my main story game at the moment. Other than that I play Animal Crossing daily, Pokémon Unite and some Mario Kart!
This weekend I will be listening to a lot of Radiohead and Type O Negative to raise my spirits and give me some giggles after playing more of The House in Fata Morgana.
Please God, let it be over soon.
Black. The world is all black...
Well, I was planning on playing Soul Calibur VI, but my PS4 is on the fritz. So there will be none of that.
I just discovered Sky Force a few days ago and am working my way through it. It's nice, but I have to say it's on the easy side.
I'm still on my Darkest Dungeon kick, so that'll be my main thing this weekend, alternating with sessions of Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit amd Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker.
Today may finally be the day I get back to Ring Fit Adventure, as well. Work has been wearing me out recently so it's been a while, but I really need to get back to working out.
Axiom Verge 2! Into the Breach! Monster Train! Bwaaaaaaaa
Been playing some Othercide and after beating the 3rd boss I feel like calling quits on that, it's a decent game but for the most part I feel like I've seen what the game has to offer at this point.
So instead I started playing the new Shadowverse Switch game which reviewed quite favorably over here on nintendolife and yeah, that game is pretty fun. The saturday morning anime plot and characters I could do without but I do appreciate a proper card game RPG adventure with proper card collecting and deck building always, and I do feel some of the generic NPCs you can challenge actually do offer some pretty proper challenge which I do enjoy. Really solid game so far, even the soundtrack is surprisingly decent.
After Skyward Sword, I decided to start playing the Zelda games through in 'story' order and am partway through Minish Cap at the moment. I feel like there's a NintendoLife article in there somewhere.
All the best Sonic games that Sega forgot about
More SmileBASIC for me!
I'll be spending my weekend in Okinawa...in Persona 5 Strikers. Actually, I've heard the jail in that area is pretty small, so probably what lies beyond it as well. I'm surprised how much I've been getting into this game. I thought it would be a borderline 7 out of 10 game, but it's more like a high 8. Its incredibly enjoyable.
Ordered a bunch of PSVR games and I want to play ghost giant and down the rabbit hole immigrants when they arive.
Besides that I’m almost done with yakuza kiwami 2 and I’m still shiny hunting in pokemon shield.
Am hoping to finish Skyward Sword HD this weekend, maybe not quite 100% but should be close. Also going to finish Super Princess Peach which has been a great DS game and Ring Fit Adventure which I play once a week for a good workout, still loving it.
Happy gaming everyone.
Quake and Art of Rally on Gamepass and the Warioware Demo on Switch....
I'm about 5 hours into Blasphemous and really enjoying it. I can understand the criticisms around the platforming but the meaty feel of the combat makes up for it. The world is very creepy and leaves me feeling uneasy (in a good way).
I am stuck on Doctor Who: Lonely Aassasins, finished 12 Minutes on Xbox and I'm planning to (finally) get into Hades. And if there's any spare time, I've got Axiom Verge 2 to play as well...
Mmm bit of quake on PS4. Still mite download islanders and axiom 2 but I think mostly donkey Kong country SNES mini. Think I prefer it to tropical freeze xxx
I'm playing it by ear.
Spending hours playing the WarioWare demo, lotsa fun
And also some Mario Kart 8 Deluxe online
Axiom Verge 2, Quake and some Art of Rally.
It is a racing fest for me! I just purchased Skydrift and Rush Rally. I am really liking both games, especially Rush Rally. Add to that Need for Speed and I am racing through the weekend!
Happy gaming everyone!
Bloodstained and Hades mostly for me
I just recently bought Fire Emblem Three Houses and I’m loving it. I’ll give the WarioWare demo a try as well
@JasmineDragon Sky Force Reloaded or Anniversary? I have Reloaded and it does get more challenging eventually. It just takes some grinding to get there.
I've been meaning to go back to it for a while. Cheers for the reminder.
Great Ace Attorney! Gonna knock out Axiom Verge 2 when I’m done before starting GAA2. I doubt I’ll get there this weekend-not quite done with case 4 yet…but we’ll see.
I was playing the Mass Effect Legendary Edition but sadly bc life I have time to play an hour every week... at this rate I will finish it next year lol
I finished The World Ends With You on my DS earlier this week and I loved it! I have no clue why but the soundtrack sounds so nostalgic despite the fact that I haven't heard any of the songs before. Truthfully, I probably would have continued to do the post game of the original, but I REALLY wanted to dive straight into the sequel. That being said, I bought Neo: The World Ends With You yesterday and so far it's an absolute blast! I've got 1 week before school starts back again, so I'm gonna try and make as much progress as possible.
I also finished Mario Golf: Super Rush earlier this week as well. I had a great time with the golf adventure mode. Monster Hunter Stories 2 also keeps pulling me back in with it's post game content. It's funny with this game I only intend on playing for a few minutes and doing a couple side quests but I always end up playing for a couple hours because I'm always finding stuff to do!
I’ve gotten absolutely hooked to Monster Train
Rally Rush Origins
Tony Hawk 1&2
Jet Set Radio(DC)
It seems I'm sucked into Dark Souls 2 again! No complaints here!
SOULS NINJA APPROVED
Tackling Monster Hunter Rise still. I don’t think I’ll ever burn out lol
For the Switch I’ll be playing Pokémon Unite and the WarioWare demo. Might finally jump back into one of the many games in my backlog if I have the time. Still need to beat a lot of games like Luigi’s Mansion 3 (had some mental health hurdles around the time that game released so I never actually beat it).
For PC, I’ll keep poking away at Dirt 5 and play a bit of Fall Guys with my friends.
Hades ( just started down this rabbit hole) few rounds of Mario Golf.
ACNH and maybe New Pokémon Snap. I still haven’t finished that game, yet alone start the new DLC
Still working on my second adventure through Breath of the Wild. Now that the Divine Beast has been tamed, I’m exploring the desert in clothing that looks like it would fit better on the BOTW2 wild-haired Link.
More Ys VIII: Lacrimosa of Dana on the Switch. Currently in the middle of Chapter 5, which I'm told is the longest in the game. I also hope to download the WarioWare: Get It Together! demo and put it through its paces. I haven't played a WarioWare title since the excellent Gold.
Happy gaming!
@OorWullie Anniversary. Caught it on sale a few days ago. It's a lot of fun so far, and it's not like I'm breezing through it, it's just not as unforgiving as some of the shmups I've seen lately.
Quake (PC) - on Episode 3 currently, i'm hoping to beat it today, and do Episode 4 tomorrow, also doing some online
WarioWare: Get it Together! (Switch) - playing through the demo again
Mario Kart: Double Dash (NGC) - playing through 100cc
Smash Bros Melee (NGC) - Doing some Tournament with CPUs
@Poodlestargenerica The idea if you posting in here is the dumbest thing to happen to these comments. Who gives a *****, let the guy play the game he wants to play.
Incoming reply as to why he hates the timeline incoming…3-2-1
Steins Gate Elite, Neo the world ends with you, some random hamster arcade archives I have sitting on the switch.
Sadly I’m mostly playing hurricane preparation this weekend as we’re forecast to get whacked by Henri a bit tomorrow.
I’ll make sure the Switch is charged up so potentially I can keep playing a bit of Super Robot Wars X by candlelight after the power goes out. 😅
STEAMWORLD DIG 2!! I know I'm late to the party but Holy Crud this game is SICCCKKK! Has anyone noticed how much this game and Breath of the Wild have in common? This game is straight up exploration, the Shrines are the Mine Doors.... This is straight up 2-D Breath of the Wild. I wonder which came out first? Also today is #summerslam !!
@DeathByLasagna hope you’re feeling better now. That struck me, as I was in the middle of playing Luigi’s Mansion 2 and my Dad died. I was really enjoying it, but I never had the heart to go back to it. I actually repurchased it digitally a long time after and still couldn’t get back in to it.
Rocket League and Skyward Sword.
@OorWullie What platform do you play Rocket League on? And, what's your tournament rank? Just curious.
Quake, Rush Rally Origins, Mario Golf Super Rush, Rocket League, Tony Hawk 1 plus 2, Returnal, and Ghost of Tsushima (I like to just ride around while playing a bit of shakuhachi, mostly).
Bioshock, Blasphemous, Tony Hawk 1+2
I will be playing Risk of Rain 2 again this weekend, with the only difference being that I will be trying out the three new classes I unlocked to see which ones I like! I tried a run with Bandit last night that was given with the free update, and I love his playstyle alot. Haven't found a character that I don't enjoy using yet!
Just got through the Yuffie DLC on ffvii remake so now I am going back and beating the main story on hard mode. I sprinkle a little bit of Crash Bandicoot on remote play as well.
On Switch I will more than likely play some Mario maker 2 as usual.
Good times
Playing some Fortnite and tried out the Minecraft Dungeons trial, it's suprisingly good, wish it was on sale so I could pick it up. I think it would be a good idea to discount games that are giving a free trial kind of like they do with gamepass, so if you like it enough you can just buy it for cheaper and continue where you left off.
I didn't brought my Switch for my weekend shift today, but I'll compensate that with AM2R on my cellphone, it plays very well! But tomorrow, when I bring my Switch, I'll go through Quake, which I'm really liking (it's my first time playing it, and so far, it has delivered!), the multiplayer is great and the campaign pack quite a challenge. Then MK11, and definitely will try to beat my kid's score in the WarioWare demo, it reminded me of the GBA original, how great that game was! Happy weekend everyone!
Streets of Rage 4
Probably will continue Bravely Default II, although after some soundtrack listens during work I have a desire to start up Skies of Arcadia or Final Fantasy VII Remake. However starting a new JRPG when one is unfinished; Es No Bueno...
I’m playing Xenoblade chronicles 2 for the second weekend in a row, just got to chapter 5. And I’m playing forza 4 on my Xbox series x as my pallet cleanser game when I get jrpg’ed out. So the exact same thing as last weekend.
MHU:Generations as I never got around to it, Ghost of Tsushima PS5 as I just did the upgrade pack, and hopefully some War for Wakanda in AVENGERS.
Rush Rally Origins, Art of Rally and some Bioshock that I haven't played for years and I'm absolutely loving it. What a port!!👍
Undermine, which I wish I hadn’t started as it’s annoyingly addictive and has the most frustrating and frequent crashing bugs (and the dev’s don’t respond)
The Warioware demo is great, the mix of characters adds another layer of complexity. It’s hard to put down, I got to 33 so far, I’m getting old :/
Angry Birds Star Wars (Windows Phone) - Nearly 2/3 the way through the game now.
Equalicious (Windows Phone) - Still playing here and there.
Bug Village (Windows Phone) - My village is nearly complete.
@Poodlestargenerica what you mad I called you out? You were putting some one one down for playing the time ,one hate. I’m would hardly call you a Zelda fan, just some band wagon jumper
SMT 3, gunman Clive, and Metroid prime on gcn. I also go back to rise quite a bit.
Tried the warioware demo last night with my daughter and we both agree this is a pass for us.
Switch: In the sandship dungeon now in skyward sword and the warioware demo.
Xbox: Maybe Fifa 21with my brother.
Have a ton of painting and yard work to do this weekend, but if I get some time Pokémon Crystal and blaster master zero 3
Mainly Monster Hunter Stories 2 for me. I took a small break from it after hitting Kuan Village so that I could go back and finish MHS1. Done with that and now back to MHS2. I gotta say I’m a little let down that they removed the ability to change monster elements in MHS2, but it’s still vastly superior to MHS1. And I’m still cheesed we never got patch 1.3 for MHS1 in the West which added stuff like Rajang and Kushala as monsties. Oh well, I can get em in MHS2 thankfully!
Aside from that I haven’t really settled on a second title to focus on….. maybe Dreamscaper. Also had the hankering to go back and play Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3 and do the Blade and Punisher dlc. And thanks to MHS2 I’ve got an itch to work on MH3U - the only MH I’ve yet to break rank on, but it’s also the one I truly started with.
@WoomyNNYes I play on Switch. I'm only Gold 3 Div 1 at the moment.Ive never made Platinum. I've noticed a big improvement in my game recently though. I mostly play 1v1 and 2v2.What about yourself?
Just made it through the Ginso Tree escape in Ori and the Blind Forest. What an excellent game so far!
Currently taking Elissa Steamer through THPS 1+2. This will be my sixth play through and I still can’t get enough.
Only four more challenges to complete in Smash Ultimate! Trying to take down the 9.9 Classic mode challenge with Chrom.
Have a great weekend everyone!
Just finished Cris Tales, such a delightful RPG! But will probably have to do a second play through as I want to get the true ending.
@SuperBiny64 Congrats! Once you beat the Ginso Tree, you've conquered the arguably the hardest hurdle of the game! Not that it gets any easier but Ori's movement feels a lot more fully realized from that point.
@OorWullie I play on the Switch, too. I mostly play 3v3, 1v1, some dropshot. I reached Plat 1 in September of last year in 1v1, 3v3. I've been getting to Diamond 1 3v3 periodically since May.
Watching a few youtubers helped get me to progress out of gold. Rizzo Live, Virge, Mr-Napkin, Wayton Pilkin, Spookluke, Sandmand, Sotus.
South Park: Fractured but Whole and Pokemon White.
Have a good weekend everyone.
Just finished Skyward Sword HD. As a Zelda fanboy I enjoyed the game. Not the best in the series but loved the story and the music was divine!
I’m playing Horace… really good if anyone is interested in checking it out. Also, looking forward to playing the Wario Ware demo
I'm completed CHAOS CODE -NEW SIGN OF CATASTROPHE- on canonical ending(A) as Hikaru. Completed Guilty Gear ΛCore Plus R Story Mode as Faust, Justice, Robo-Ky, Order-Sol, Kliff Undersn, and Bridget. Beated Брудль(Broodle?... Broodle-girl boss...) in Super Mario Odyssey. And also, I beated Arcade Mode and Story Mode in Phantom Breaker: Battle Grounds Over Drive as Kona Furugōri(Frau Kōjiro).
Quake Coop of course
Switch - The Great Ace Attorney Chronicles The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword HD
PS5 - Resident Evil: Village, Scarlet Nexus
@Mazor775 I also love SWD 2, it is a great game. I did not think about comparing it to BotW, but that makes sense. I was actually thinking about replaying that game, it was so good. Have you played the first game?
Been replaying Earthbound ready for my first play of Mother 3, and also discovering that Kuru Kuru Kururin is great and needs a Switch sequel. (Just saw there are actual two Japan only sequels on the GBA/GameCube. Gotta give them a go).
The chill music list you posted has me taking Child of Light out from my backlog.
Super Mario Sunshine and AER!
@dugan My brother from anotha motha! Nah, you know, I bought this game years ago for like 10 bells from Walmart and I'm just now getting around to playing it cause I'm isolated cause of stupid covid-47 1/2. Is the first one one good? I know the story is a straight up continuation. But if the first one gets the thumbs up from my homie Dugan, then I'm all about it! #playimgsteamworlddog2whilewatchingsummerslam
Ghost of Tsushima: Director's Cut on PS5 is going to be my main game this weekend. I loved playing the game back during the initial PS4 launch and I'm really enjoying the Iki Island expansion as well! I might try out Legends as well, although since I'd just be playing it solo, I don't know if I'll be able to stick with it.
On Switch, I definitely want to play more Quake! I want to at least get through the main campaign, but I might save the expansions and Quake 64 for when the physical release is available. I bought it on the eShop and saw a couple minutes later that LRG announced their release, so that was a bit annoying, but I'm taking it as an opportunity to play early before I get that physical copy.
I'd also like to get the Final Fantasy III Pixel Remaster going. I finished the FFIPR last weekend and started up FFII, but since there's talk of a weird status ailment quirk that might be a bug, I figured I might as well give it a bit of time to see if that gets sorted out. FFIII was the one I was more excited to play anyway since it's the only one of that original trilogy I have yet to beat, so I'm excited to play some more of that! I'd also like to get in some more practice with Guilty Gear Strive since I picked that up on Steam recently, too.
@Axecon thank you! Felt like a real triumph getting through that section. Looking forward to what the rest of the game has to offer!
Skyward Sword (Wii)
Just done the Sandship. Creative dungeon. Off to get the third sacred flame now…!
Crash Bandicoot (Switch)
Up to 91% completion. Struggling to get the last three gems as cannot find all the head tokens for the bonus level but I fail to succumb to a guide. I will find them myself dammit…!
Donkey Kong Country Returns (Wii)
Unlocked the Golden Temple a few weeks ago but not had much time to play it. Need to complete it. Once done, May go back through the levels getting at least silver on the time trials and find all the puzzle pieces.
^2 hours later…
I’ve got 100% wahoo! No guide needed! Found the missing bonus tokens in Heavy Machinery and Jaws of Darkness.
Now, to get all 26 sapphire time relics and beat Stormy Ascent!! What a game by the way. Crash Bandicoot has really surprised me!
I have been playing
FIREWATCH - great experience, eventhough the gameplay, is a little limited. The atmosphere in this title is second to none.
STEAMWORLD DIG 2 - just tried it out, and it is very promissing.
@Mazor775 Yes, the first game is good. But I stalled out at the last boss fight. Of course, that was years ago on my 3DS. Now that you reminded me, and now that I am hopefully a better gamer, I should get SWD 1 on switch. Happy gaming, friend!
I'm playing more M+R and the demos of Warioware and Ultra Age.
Need For Speed Hot Pursuit Remastered (PS4),
Monster Jam Steel Titans (PS4),
NHL 20 (PS4),
NSW Games Over The Week.
Skyward Sword HD.
Not Much time for anything else, Watching Infinity War and Endgame for the first time.
Diss me as much as you want, I started watching Marvel movies in June.
SSBU, dark souls, and Super Metroid
Picked up Quake this weekend but also always and forever playing Sky. Tried the WarioWare demo and honestly less excited about it now than I was from the trailer.
Arcade and Atari 2600 games. Exploring the history of video games. And enjoying it a lot actually.
