@Bizaster Pretty much my sentiment. Too busy working on other games!
BUSY NINJA APPROVED
I'll be getting Blaster Master Zero 3, although I still haven't played the 2nd one yet. It's been in my backlog since launch.
Well immersed in The Great Ace Attorney. Still have to play Xenoblade DE, the endgame content of MH Rise, complete the campaign of MH Stories 2, and have Skyward HD on the way. And it's a scant few months before must-plays like Fatal Frame V, Metroid Dread, SMT V, Advance Wars, etc. release. So nothing on this list will be purchased any time soon.
I'll be getting Blaster Master Zero 3 at some point. I'm not expecting a huge leap forward in gameplay compared to Zero and Zero 2, but I want to finish the trilogy.
@kevin74 The backlog struggle is real.
Got FUGA preordered. The same guys that made Solorabro. Twewy and Ace can wait.
Blaster Master Zero 3, Corpse Killer, Vendetta for me.
I was thinking about Trigger Witch, but I'd like to see a couple of reviews first.
B.Ark, B.Ark, B.Ark!
Eldest Souls for me and OS Omega looks interesting. I’ll wait and see about that one.
Fuga is here at last! Definitely excited to play through and love the lore.
I'm giving myself claw-hands with Arcade Archives Nova 2001, Lol. And excellent top down Robotron-like space shooter from 1983. Also probably the first instance of holding a button to strafe that I've played. You'll alternate the B button and ZR to fire, but keep in mind you'll have to fire A LOT (thus, claw-hands). I played this for the first time around 10 years ago at a retro arcade tournament and I got hooked, so I'm a little biased.
Blaster Master Zero 3 ALL THE WAY!! Can’t believe the day is finally here! Let’s goooooooooo!!!!!!
Been playing Final Fantasy I & II: Dawn of Souls on GBA but this is going to be the one that tears me away.
I didn't see an Arcade Archives release listed for this week so I thought maybe they were going to start skipping. It turns out this week's release is NOVA2001 which looks like another flying shooter. Hopefully Violent Storm, Metamorphic Force, or Mystic Warriors will be coming soon... And hopefully still they'll be uncensored. I can just picture Yuri being given pants in Mystic Warriors or not being able to pick piglets up and turn them into footballs anymore in Violent Storm.
I'll almost definitely be getting Eldest Souls, but it depends on reviews. I hope it turns out well because I've been anticipating it for a long time.
I love Dark Souls but sadly I find that the indescribably satisfying FEEL of the Souls games is rarely replicated by imitators. But I'm hoping this game succeeds in that.
@DrDaisy SNES Drunk has a video on YouTube about Metamorphic Force. I’m generally not drawn toward beat-em-ups, but this one looks hilarious. And that color scheme!
There’s a part around 1:53 when a boss character stands in a giant circle and says “I won’t let anyone step into THIS AREA!” Then the player proceeds to walk right in. Great stuff.
Banners of ruin & Fuga are the 2 I'm most interested in. Hope those reviews will come soon.
BMZ3 for me, nothing else seems all that compelling.
Cuccchi looks really cool, and it's cheap, might grab that one!
Blaster Master Zero 3 and VENDETTA will be backlogged. Still working on other games for now.
How did you forget both Ace Attorney and TWEWY2? I'm getting those two. Also Fuga looks great
I'm getting Vendetta for sure.
Bustafellows has a couple of early scorching high review scores on MetaCritic. Is this the year of the visual novel?
