There are plenty of different options available when it comes to Nintendo Switch storage solutions and carry cases, but it's not often you find one that lets you customise your order.
If you're looking for a carry case that's a little different, Casetify's 'Custom Switch Carry Case' might be worth a look. It has space for your Switch, extra accessories like a second pair of Joy-Con, as well as slots for ten game cartridges, and – as you've probably already guessed – allows you to add a custom word or two to truly make it your own.
We decided to have a go ourselves. And yes, our name is 'Nintendo Life' – individuality is so yesterday.
The case's transparency won't be for everyone – we know some of you will be understandably concerned about your console being stolen – but if you're keen on the style, you can go ahead and order one right now. It costs £54 with free worldwide shipping available.

Tempted to get one with JOBBIES written in all caps.
"Yes, PLEASE steal my Switch and all of my games!"
@K00P3R Joke's on them, the thief will never know my name isn't really Samantha!
Im convinced that Switch owners ( other than myself) never take there Switches outside of their home. I live in a major city, travel often, and have only ever seen maybe THREE people rocking their Switch in the wild and it's been 5 years since it's release!
Everyone in the real world gaming have been on a tablet/ phone. Either the Switch's popularity has been overstated, or Nintendo fans are too embarrassed to game in public ( again, other than me).
£54?!
I don't think so.
One part of me says "cool"
Other part says "for £54 (€60+) you too can scream "rob me of my switch" on the streets thanks to this translucent case!"
Yeah...
I mean I take my switch in a hard case in my bag because of that.
However the case itself is not the biggest issue here, £54 for a simple made in China case with your name on is beyond expensive, I could get some fun games for that money instead.
But before someone starts about it, the licensed Nintendo Hori cases are mostly too expensive too for my taste (€30~€35 for the nicer ones here, and importing from UK is more annoying nowdays because there they are cheaper)
Nah, I have the Waterfield City Slicker case that put this to shame. Plus, K00P3R’s above comment explains perfectly why this product scream ‘bad idea’.
I've seen some stupid ideas in my time but this is right up there.
@Eel I found your comment both clever and chuckle worthy. Thanks for that
@Fighter_Hayabusa I would agree. I very rarely see a switch out in the wild since they came out (also in major city).
I hardly ever see my name in advertisements, nice lol.
@Fighter_Hayabusa I just prefer to play mine docked. I only ever play it portable if I'm going on a long trip or something (and even then, I have a portable dock for when I get to where I'm going)
@K00P3R with this price tag, you already being stolen anyway
Great way to advertise to thieves what their next prize is... crime DOES pay these days, sadly... until you're caught.
I hate these “ad” articles… also £54 seems a bit steep
But will it fit Switch Pro?
@NEStalgia 😂😂😂
As long as they haven't run out of BORT.
@Fighter_Hayabusa My 🔵🔴 comes with me when I'm on staycation here in the 🇬🇧
Games that aren't easily finished come with me so Games like 'Valkyria Chronicles 1/4', 'Miitopia', NSMBUdx or '3D World'.
I don't really Game when I'm on holiday; I bring it incase I have nothing to do at the end of the day, I wake up too early (I do night shifts so sleep patterns vary) or waiting in a restaurant.
I won't comment on how unsafe this is, people have already done so. What I'm wondering is who is this product for? What demographic would spend that much money on a carrying case for this system?
@Rayquaza2510, I 100% agree!!!
I just don’t understand why you’d need your name on it…”No, this is DEFINITELY my Nintendo switch! See it has my name on it!” Is this a regular problem to get your console mixed up with others?? Are these people getting to their destinations and throwing their switches in a pile and struggling to find theirs when it’s time to leave? Maybe I’m overthinking it…
@Zebetite Here's a case that costs $148.

I’ll buy one, I carry a gun on me so BRING IT ON!
@FredBiletnikoff Come along, Bort.
Jailbait for thieves aside (seriously if you have enough games you can get to felony territory easy) but this could be useful at tourneys.
NGL, thinking about getting one of these. Only because my husband and I do tend to get our switches confused at home lol
