Plenty of buying options for the upcoming Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity have already gone live, but we now have our first look at one of the pre-order bonuses you'll be able to get your hands on.
Available exclusively at GameStop is this 'Bonus Mystery Guardian Keychain'. As you'd expect, this is a 'while supplies last' kind of deal, so make sure to go and get your order in if you're particularly keen on picking one up.
Of course, you'll also benefit from a pre-order bonus if you choose to buy the game digitally; Nintendo recently revealed that any orders made on the Switch eShop will give you access to a Lucky Ladle item that Link can use in-game. Not quite the same as a cute keychain to display at home, but better than nothing.

Just pre-ordered... though I don't see this bonus advertised on the page...
Think I'll get the digital version, Warriors games are good to have on hand. I still chip away at FE Warriors once in a while.

Buying Atlus games and supporting them for years has really made me grow an affinity for physical pre order bonuses alongside games, like the Junpei hat that came with Persona 3 Portable or the Vita skin that came with Persona 4 Golden for example
This seems like something cool to hang on my backpack when I eventually start commuting to university
I shell it digitally, very excited for the game as i love the first one. I am hoping the story has real meat to it though and isn't just a handful of cutscenes and characters talking in text.
Is it wrong that I want the keychain more than the game itself? I think I already know that musou isn't for me - but I love the baby guardian...

I’m downloading all my games during the pandemic. That Treehouse Live made me think the game looks fun, but I didn’t like the graphics or what they were saying about the story at all. I guess I should be a good Nintendo fan and focus on the gameplay as the most important part.
I was already going to buy this game on day 1, but now I'm truly ready to waltz into GameStop and pre-order Egg of Calamity!
Wish Best Buy offered pre order bonuses or still had their Gamers Club. I have Elite status; I do miss the bonus rewards and discounts.
