Last.
The poll isn’t working for me...
Where's Psikyo's DRAGON BLAZE? Thought that was coming this week? Hope it lands tomorrow if not today.
Also still hoping for BAD DUDES vs. DRAGON NINJA but that may be next week?
As always when you compare the Europe list of Switch games to the North America list, ours looks lacklustre.
Jeez, DKTF for €60 again. Quite a tough deal for a game with no meaningful additional content compared to the Wii U version. Same counts for HWDE, but that one has way more content that somewhat justifies the price.
Still playing Detective Pikachu so nothing for me this week.
@Dom Here's a "]" so you guys can fix that poll right up.
Nothing for me today. Saving my money for Yakuza 6 LE and the Labo sets later in the month.
Any sign of Bad Dudes yet?
Also lol that spyro was just announced for PS4/Xbox and not Switch
Why isn't the Detective Pikachu demo listed above?
No poll?
@Menchi187 Yeah that seems like a weird move. I wonder if this is one of those "tactics" companies are trying with hoping you'll buy the ps4 version and then double dip on a later switch version.
Its a bad habit.

It's your attention to detail that impresses me most. Tom would actually check articles before and after posting them.
We need a poll
@Lynox Amazon are doing the physical version of DKCTF for £40 and HW a bit more. Not perfect, but still better than what Nintendo wants you to pay.
And heck, I'm sure whenever the Switch's version of Player's Choice/Nintendo Selects budget range kicks off DKCTF will be one of the first.
D/Generation?! Christ! Loved it on the Amiga! Will have to check reviews!
I downloaded Metropolis: Lux Obscura and was entirely underwhelmed. It was only a couple of dollars with use of the rewards program, but I'm still disappointed in myself - apparently I'll play a bad game all day for the simple promise of mammaries.
@JohnQuixote why didn't you try the demo first? lol
@XenoShaun the simple reason (as always) is that they started development way before they knew about switch.
@Menchi187
Did you actually just 'lol' because a game isn't coming to a particular system?
Just....wow.
Nothing this week. No need to buy anything for the sake of it with my backlog across all formats.
@manu0
I did. I just... thought it would be better. Like maybe it would develop a meaningful plot with characters I cared about, and more than 2 discrete foci for binary decision making as the simplest way to produce a game with four possible endings. Take the drugs or don't take the drugs. Sell the drugs or don't sell the drugs. That's about it.
Nintendo just have no idea what represents a fair price. The development costs for DKCTF and Hyrule Warriors must be minimal. Perhaps they didn't make a profit from the original versions given the low Wii U audience and so are trying to recoup from poor Switch owners.
I love Nintendo games but glad I switched to Xbox after the Wii U failure, still love my Wii U though. A remaster/re-release on PS4/Xbox would not be £50 and they know how to do proper discounts not like Nintendo who have no clue what constitutes a bargain.
@Lynox Not even "€60 again", it was €45 o Wii U (physical) on release.
Wow is this the worst week ever in the history of the switch drought?
PEOPLE! "Job the Leprechaun" is on sale! This is not a drill!
@Dom Reseigh-Lincoln I don't see Membrane on the eshop ! Are you sure the release date is today ?
Where is Dragon Blaze?
Anyway, last week was awesome for me with Tengai (Sengoku Blade), Sengoku 3 and Penny Punching Princess, so waiting for Dragon Blaze won't kill me.
Too busy playing bloodborne. I can’t believe how good it is. It may well be up there with breath of the wild for me.
Man, I do wish Nintendo would recognise that I already purchased both DK:TF and HW on the Wii U and offer some sort of loyalty discount for repurchasing on Switch. I know that physical copies would be a challenge but digital... a guy can dream eh?
@darthstuey I have it downloaded on my PS4 and haven't touched it. Is it really that good?
Oh WOW, that is a BIG "nothing for me" bar this week!
Nothing for me this week BUT I'm still playing Far Cry 5 so a little break on the Switch isn't that bad. Besides, if I get bored of FC5, I can play Attack on Titan 2 some more.
@Matthewxcv yep but be warned- if you haven’t played any of the souls games before- which I hadn’t you’re in for a hell of a shock. You will die- a LOT. However that is an integral part of the game and the learning curve. You can’t go into battles weapon held high and hack and slash. You need to understand all enemies and learn how to parry them and avoid. I’m utterly in love with it and yes I would say it’s easily as good as breath of the wild.
Enjoy- and if you need any tips or help drop me a message. 👊
Can’t believe tropical freeze and Hyrule Warriors are £49.99.
No Sumer in Europe? That's too bad.
@darthstuey No problem, I'll probably give it ago once I get a new PS4 controller. My current one is broken. And thanks, I appreciate it!
Usual crummy service resumed.
