It's time to take a look at the most popular DSiWare titles available on the DSi Shop. If you're feeling adventurous you can even take a look for yourself by simply logging on to the DSi Shop, heading into the DSiWare section and then viewing by "Popular Games". It's that easy!
We compile this list using the USA region DSi Shop, so if you live elsewhere your list will probably be quite a bit different. Please feel free to post your region's findings below as always.
Keep in mind that the list below is based on the total number of downloads made recently, not an overall total of downloads since the game's original release.
Here is the list for the 23rd of July:
1 (1) - Nintendo DSi Browser
2 (2) - Mario vs. Donkey Kong: Minis March Again
3 (3) - Asphalt 4: Elite Racing
4 (4) - Paper Airplane Chase
5 (5) - Bird & Beans
6 (6) - WarioWare: Snapped!

8 (12) - Master of Illusion Express: Deep Psyche

10 (11) - Mario Calculator
11 (8) - Art Style: BOXLIFE

18 (17) - Clubhouse Games Express: Card Classics
19 (16) - Real Soccer 2009
20 (20) - Master of Illusion Express: Shuffle Games
* (N) - Denotes a brand new entry in the Top 20
* (-) - Denotes a game that was not on the Top 20 last week
Well the top seven games remain intact this week, but Master of Illusion Express: Deep Psyche is enjoying a nice little resurgence at the moment.
The big climber this week was Master of Illusion Express: Deep Psyche, which jumped up four spots to #8. The big dropper this week was Sudoku Master, which fell 5 spots to #14.
With the debut of Brain Challenge, we saw Brain Age Express: Math drop out of the Top 20 this week. Other than that, there wasn't a lot of movement around the DSiWare chart this week.

i don't understand why people buy the Master of Illusion games when all they have to do is check YouTube to see how they work. I guess they really like tricking their friends once with it?
The brain challenge girl looks so unnatural.. just look at how far apart her eyes are...
@SonicMaster: You're right...that's weird. She looks much better on the Xbox Live Arcade version of the game, and this shouldn't be something that would be affected by what system it's on. maybe this is just a bad picture or something. Shrugs
I wish PiCTOBiTS was high on the list...or at least, you know, _on the list..._best DSiWare game available, imo!
I think the Master of Illusion games are doing well because of the price. 200 point games will always be attractive to people even if they are not great.
If you have a lot of friends, Shuffle Games is a great purchase. It's extremely simple to learn and people never seem to know how I did it. I didn't buy it for DSiWare though, I have the original game.
Well I think this will be the last week Mario vs Donkey Kong remains number 2 because for a few days last week, Asphalt was in front of it.
I wonder where Flipnote Studio will be at?
once pop solo cpmes out it will be no1 and kick out the web browser! lol

Funny how the majority of the games I've purchased aren't on there! Good to know us Brits are liking BoxLife though
This makes me sick.....Wayforward puts alot of time and effort into making Might Flip Champs....and Shovelware sells instead of it. They guys that are actually making GAMES for the DSiWare are getting screwed to apps and throwaway clocks and calculators that nobody should ever even have to pay for. Ridiculous. Really would you ever think a game that requires only ONE button press and you couldnt even control the main character would actually even sell. I would laugh at someone that pitched that Idea to me if I was a developer. But people actually buy it over games. I swear people.........
Well the problems is Nintendo. They started DSiWare with shovelware, and I mean shovelware to the max. Just absolute crap games, so by the time Flip Champs came out, it was beneath a handfull of poo and many people just didn't notice it, which is a shame.
I own it, but yeah it's a shame... I fully blame Nintendo though, they're management of DSiWare has been $&, f#$($* $%^&.
What about Mighty Flip Champs? That was definitely better than the Master of Illusion Express games.
Wow really???? Why on earth are there only 2 ArtStyle games on there... Come on guys stop buying clocks and calculators
I agree. Poor MFC. That's my favorite DSi game along with Mario v. DK. If you have a DSi and haven't purchased it...buy it now!
