Gamers Must Wait For Twilight Princess

Spong have today reported on an interview with Reggie Fils-Aime on Spike TV yesterday, announcing that the new highly anticipated Zelda game won't be released until the "fall" of 2006.

This comes as a bit of a cruel blow for the Zelda faithful, this new date puts the release almost a year behind the originally scheduled date -- It fact its quite likely we'll see Revolution being released around the same time as Zelda.

However, this does not mean that the title will have any special Revolution functionality, even though lots of rumours have suggested it. We hope Nintendo do have something up their sleeves to warrant such a delayed release date.

We're still expecting some more solid dates when E3 rolls around in May.
