So, you've stayed up far too long constructing a masterpiece in the freshly released Super Mario Maker 2 and you're desperate to share your course. You've uploaded your level and you saw the Course ID flash up onscreen - lovely! But now you need to find it again to text your friends or tweet your followers... and it's nowhere to be found!
Fear not, we had exactly the same problem and after a few minutes we stumbled upon the screen we needed. Follow the steps below and you'll quickly have that code to hand...
Where is my Course ID?
1. Starting on the Coursebot screen after you've named, tagged and uploaded your course, you'll find that selecting it doesn't show the Course ID. Hmm. Instead, tap on that yellow icon in the top right corner...
2. Click/tap on Course World to be taken to the Course World splash menu and hit 'Y' or tap the Maker Profile icon in the top left corner...
3. Assuming you've set up a Maker ID, you'll see your profile and Mii here (although perhaps not with quite as much sass as ours). Tap or click on Uploaded Courses...
4. Here you'll see a list of the creations you've uploaded to Nintendo's servers - tapping on them will reveal the blessed Course ID ready to share with you nearest and dearest (and, indeed, farthest).
Job done! Simple when you know where to look. Oddly, the ID for Downloaded courses is visible in that tab, but not in My Courses. There's no Super Mario Maker 2 bookmark site like that of the original game at present, so right now it seems that we're stuck exchanging codes in good ol' fashioned Nintendo tradition.
Let us know if this had you foxed or if you found it quicker than we did. Also, feel free to ask any questions and we'll do our best to find the answers. Have fun!

Alright, if some of you regulars are gonna be making levels...maybe I'll go get this at lunch.
I have to finish story mode first.
I have to
@1UP_MARIO Love the avatar
I hope they make another website for finding, and saving courses. It would be great if you could link to a course by it's number, and then bookmark/save that course through the website and it'd show up in your downloads or a "saved courses" area on the console.
So I remade my favorite level from MM 1 just now, wanna play?

My first Mario maker level ever. Made me realize how much I missed from not getting the first game
Having a blast
@Drachma Nice, it took me a while to beat it.
@JamesJose7 Cool! I'm happy that you liked it! I'll try yours.

It's slightly tricky in parts. Especially the end. But it's not hard. But there is a way to make it much much easier. Good luck.
Here you go! For those who love a little bit of challenge:

Enjoy! 😬
RXF - WWB - 7HG ,,, that's my one up well my daughter created it for dashie
743-8XW-WFG - Probably the best, and most fun, and easiest, of the 3 I made.
30V-G9K-LTF - Fun stage, A bit shorter, but probably a bit trickier. Still easy.
43F-Y4G-YDF - Forgot to add a Check Point, and the middle can sometimes be slightly tricky for people, while the ending can be really tricky for people. So, try at your own risk. Overall pretty easy, except for maybe the middle for some, but probably the end for most.
However, their is an easy way to win all 3 stages. So even the tricky parts can be beat easily (which is why I forgot the Check Point in the one stage).
Feel free to try. The more the merrier. All are welcome. Good Luck.
