Topic: "Aha! I Got It!" Escape Game Q&A (spoiler alert)

Hi. I'm trapped in Escape Game. I can't open the safe with the (I suspect) rangers left or right hand numbers. But there is a lot of clues: colors, face simbols... Anyone solved the combination? There is any specific order?

The game is pretty interesting, but I think it will be very short too. If I must give it a score at this time, I think it has a 6 or 7: some good and hard puzzles in a unique title in the WiiWare catalog for only 500 points (although I admit there is better titles for this price). And the hints are very ambiguous, so you must solve the hardest puzzles by your self.

Please, help me!

I got it! After trying a lot of crazy solutions, the answer is very easy! You must see the hands of the rangers in your view, not in his view. I believe the left or right hand of the super heroes supposed to be left or right turn in the safe, but is the opposite. So the solution is: 5 left, 2 right, 1 left, 3 right, 3 left.

Also, I just discovered that if you touch the father in the title screen, you can access to a secret music selection screen. Good easter egg!

it might be just me.... but you don't seem to have a wealth of people as interested in this game as you are. to be honest.... this thread is the first i've heard of it...

Mmmm... Maybe the game fits with me. I just complete two of the ends (there is a second room), and I am near the third (very hard!). A love story is told in this second room ^^ Two hours of gameplay, although a lot of time was when trapped with the safe puzzle. I give it a solid 7. But as I said, I suppose the game fits with me: I spent my saturday with it totally amusing.

EDIT: Hey, I am not alone. There is another one thinking like me

EDIT 2: Finished. Third ending is a little... bizarre. No unlockable after it, although I don't discovered all coins (only 22/35). Funny.

I posted a thread about last thursday , Glad to hear that it is at least two hours of gameplay. Was afraid of a 10 minute game for 500 Wii Points. Might buy it soon.

Two hours after get blocked a lot of times. If you are good or have luck, I think in a merely hour you can finish all three endings. Is not easy, and obtain all coins is very hard, but the best definition of duration of the game may be short.

Anyway, is a good game and by no means a waste of money, imo.

Care to give a good hint on how to get the combination to the lock behind the clock? I'm pretty sure it has something to do with the rainbow picture and the bookcase, but all bookcase numbers I tried haven't worked so far.

You need to do "something" with the black bulb and with the rainbow picture. Next, visit again the bookcase. Luck!

EDIT: Why if I quote to Drake the forum application quote "__Monkey+Man". Crazy!

I'm glad to see that some people have difficulities with some puzzles. So at least it's not to easy.

Yeah, that's what I was worried about too. Glad the game's actually worth the points in the end. So how much content does the game have? (Hopefully we get this Monday.)

Better wait for a more deep Nintendo Life review. But with the two rooms and some difficult puzzles, I think the game is very interesting and amusing. Some puzzles deserve the "Aha! I got it!" title, and the last one (the equation) is my favourite. Is a combination of escape game and the way open by Zack & Wiki, but in a more small sense. Perfect for childrens and people who likes this type of game, very near from a classic point and click graphic adventure.

The better way to enjoy the game is to try all the puzzles by your self, never using the hints and having patience when you get trapped. Otherwise, the main problem of the game, his short duration, ruin it. My advice is to stop reading this Q&A topic and talk about the game in Sneaker13 ones

lol, good advice. And yeah, thanks I appreciate that. I was mostly wondering how many puzzle rooms there are in the whole game. If you're willing to pay 1,000 for a TOMI episode that lasts 3-5 hours, I think 500 seems very reasonable if you like what you see (and yes, I like).

The stethoscope is used in the same way as the search machine in room 1. The two buttons can't be pressed at the same time. Maybe you need a buddy for that. But you can't do that before doing a certain thing. It involves a book, a piece of paper.

You can't get them together physically. One is a doll, one is a painting. You can only move the doll, but it has to keep on the closet. So how can you bring them together. Maybe you can use light.

There are three exits in the game. For the best ending, you have to listen carfully. Maybe with something that enhance your hearing.
